2019 sales staff work summary
Time flies, and the XX years that are full of harvest and hard work are about to pass. Here, I deeply feel that in the XX year that the team is about to pass, we urgently need to conduct a systematic and comprehensive inspection and research on our work in the past year to discover the shortcomings of ourselves and to work in future work. Make up for it in time; summarize the achievements in the past year, and wait for the next year to have a better improvement.
Xingyue Company has more than ten years of factory history, has 1.3 billion total assets, and has more than 4,600 employees. Now it is involved in gasoline engines, diesel engines, generator sets, locomotives and motorcycles, electric vehicles, special vehicles, door industry, power tools, solar energy, IT, real estate, financial investment and other industries have created a good platform for my work. The company has created such a superior office and living environment for us. I want to be a salesperson , only to work better and more. High sales come to the company. The following are some of my personal work and life summary in the past year. I hope that the leaders can give guidance and criticism on my work over the past year.
Jinxingyue Company has been in the company for two years. With the change of market orientation, the decision of the group company is also changing. From the firestorm of scooters in 03 and XX, to the current kart, ATV and locomotive, these changes also require our sales staff. With the transformation of marketing concepts and professional knowledge, we must constantly learn and improve ourselves. The former scooters should belong to the low-end products, the technical content is not too high, and the performance of the car and the basic problem solving methods can be mastered in a short period of time; however, most of the products in this year are large displacements. Locomotives and go-karts are relatively more difficult than the previous ones. When they first came into contact with these products, they often had professional questions asked by their guests. They could not answer and understand. This made them feel embarrassed and wanted to sell one. The product, but I know a little about the product, how can I convince the guests? In the next contact with the guests, I have to pay attention to the problems raised by the guests, and ask the answers from the technicians at the factory, because most of the guests they contacted are more professional, several times, most of the product problems. I have learned that this has greatly helped my future product sales. When I introduced the product, I already included the questions that the guests often asked. The guests were persuaded to be unconscious and would be happy to exchange each other with you. The opinions, together with good products and excellent service, will make the order. Experience and knowledge are always explored in practice and life, which is the best experience I have gained in my work this year.
This year's performance has declined compared with last year, but I think it is still an objective reason. With the downturn in the US market, everyone is trying to find new customers in Europe and other regions. In the second half of the year, with the recognition of several models, the intention of the guests gradually became clear, especially the market for karting and large-displacement ATVs. At present, the development and design of our company including models is still ahead. At the Milan Motor Show in the second half of the year, it also won the favor of many guests. Now there are some guests in the negotiation, waiting for the recognition of the EU. If we can seize the opportunity of this market, then I think it is a big harvest in 2019. year.
