Final Report of the Year-end Salesperson's Work in 2019


Since June 6th, 10 years, I have been working in the company for nearly six months. On the occasion of the New Year, I don’t have much emotion when I think about the road I have been through for half a year. Not too many surprises, just a more calm, calm mindset.

During the company's more than half a year, I turned from a newcomer who knows nothing about product knowledge to an employee who can operate the business independently. But then again, I don't know when I write this year-end summary as an interpreter or as a salesman. The following is a summary of what I have done in the past six months or so.

To enter a new industry, anyone should be familiar with the industry. For example, the production process of the sound: mold workshop - injection workshop - painting workshop - Jinyin finished workshop, audio composition: audio shell & speaker & tweeter & & sound-absorbing cotton & iron net. . . These are still somehow understood, but the specific internal parameters of the sound are still not clear. We should continue to learn, accumulate, and advance with the times in the days to come.

At work, I can say that I have not lost my time and wasted my time at work. After the baptism of time, I believe that I will do better, because there is a saying that only experience can grow. There are very few perfect things in this world, and everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses. Only in the passage of time will slowly correct their own shortcomings, continue to summarize and improve, improve their own quality.

Self-analysis: From the current situation, I am not a mature salesman, or I am just a salesman who is just getting started. I am talking about myself, my eloquence is not good, and my ability to express is not outstanding enough. Roots: There is no breakthrough in its own shortcomings, the skin is not thick enough, the psychological temperament is not very good, and it is far from unearthing its own potential, a leap in personality.

In my heart, I always hope that I can become a good salesman, because in any case, I have also studied foreign trade knowledge for 4 years, mastered a certain theoretical foundation, and, I, like this profession, This motivation, this belief has always been in my heart, I am eager to be a successful salesman.

During this period, I am grateful to the company for your training. I am very grateful to my careful guidance during this period, let me know my own deficiencies, and slowly improve my ability to do things. I will be proactive and confident. A passionate attitude to work.
