Sales staff personal work summary
When I first came into contact with this industry in XX, I took a lot of detours on the choice of customers. It is because I am not familiar with this industry, I always choose some food industries, but these companies pay great attention to the price. Therefore, this year, we should not choose some customers who only look at the price and do not require the quality of service. Customers who do not require it are not good customers.
The plan for 2019 is as follows:
First, for old customers, and fixed customers, always keep in touch, in the case of time and conditions, send some small gifts or banquet customers, so that stability and customer relations.
Second, while having old customers, we must continue to obtain more customer information from various media.
Third, in order to have good performance, we must strengthen business learning, broaden our horizons, enrich our knowledge, adopt a diversified form, and combine learning and communication skills.
Fourth, this year has the following requirements for himself:
1. Add more than 10 new customers per week, and have 5 to 6 potential customers.
2, a summary of the week, a big monthly, to see what work mistakes, correct the next time do not commit again.
3. Before you see the customer, you need to know more about the customer's status and needs. If you are ready to work, you may not lose this customer.
4, the customer can not be concealed and deceived, so there will be no loyal customers, on some issues you and the customer are consistent.

6. The attitude of all customers should be the same, but not too low. Give customers a good impression and establish a better image for the company.
7, customers encounter problems, can not be ignored, we must do our best to help them solve. We must first do business and let our customers believe in our work strength to complete the task better.
8. Self-confidence is very important. Always say to yourself that you are the best, you are unique. Have a healthy and optimistic and positive attitude to complete the task.
