I understand that it is unfair to the company and myself, so I chose to leave. I have to choose a job I like and let me be passionate about my career. Because I like cars when I was young, I like to deal with people, and the car is so close to the profession I have studied. The job of the car sales consultant is perfect, but it is just my own imagination. In the end, with the recommendation of my friends and my own efforts, I was very fortunate enough to enter the Shen Rong public, and embarked on my dream journey!

I remember that on the first day of Shen Rong’s work, I was excited at the morning meeting: “I came here with a passionate heart. Thanks to the leadership for giving me this opportunity to fulfill my dream. I will work harder and live up to the trust of the leader!" To this day, I can say that I have fulfilled my original promise. From March 14th, 2009 to the present, I have become more and more aware that I really like this job. I am actively learning and happy work every day. The busy work made me feel very fulfilled. Although I felt tired and tired at night, I was able to meet the challenge of a new day the next morning. Especially when I was recognized by the customer or achieved certain results, my heart felt very satisfied and very fulfilled. In the previous work, I have never had as much pleasure and satisfaction as I did in my current job. Now, no matter how busy or tired, no matter what the challenges and difficulties, I can clearly understand my strong work enthusiasm. I am very lucky! I didn't follow the crowd, and the clouds were clouded; I didn't waver and change, and I changed. I didn't lose myself. I found the job I wanted and turned my imagination into reality!

Say so many of your inner feelings, or to summarize the work of the year. In the first half of the year, I learned and accumulated experience. I was fortunate to learn from a good teacher and a good manager. I quickly understood and adapted to the automotive industry, and the team worked better and better. As a member of the sales department, I feel deeply in my shoulders. As the facade of the enterprise, the window of the enterprise, its own words and deeds also represent the image of a company. Therefore, we must improve our own quality, and demand ourselves from a high standard. On the basis of sorghum, it is necessary to strengthen their professional knowledge and professional skills. In addition, we must have a broad understanding of the dynamics of the entire automotive market and stay at the forefront of the market. After nearly a year of tempering, I have been greatly improved in all aspects, and has become a sales consultant identified by Shanghai Volkswagen.

In the hot car market in 2019, Shanghai Volkswagen won the national car sales championship with a score of 729,000 units. Shen Rong Volkswagen also achieved the nation's sales volume with 6,000 units. It is really proud of its own brand and company! From May 2009 to the present, I have sold nearly 100 new cars, basically completing the task indicators for the whole year, especially in November 2009, I completed a milestone in sales of 20 units per month. And I am most proud of my customer satisfaction, basically no big problems, and points have always been in the forefront of the team. Summarize the reason for my success, in fact, a word, "love"! I love my profession, I love my brand, I love myself, I love people around me, I love every customer. I love my job, I don't feel tired after I suffer; I like the Volkswagen brand and believe that it is the best industrial product; I use an optimistic and positive attitude to face every challenge and test; I use a sincere Heart, let customers put down their inner defenses.

Of course, while making progress, I have made two more serious mistakes. 1. In the first order signed by the customer, the configuration of the model set by the customer is reported incorrectly, which causes the customer to request to return the vehicle after completing the registration procedure. 2, during a test drive during the National Day holiday, the pedestrians on the bicycle were wiped, causing the customer to be shocked, the pedestrian was slightly injured, and the test drive was extensively repaired. In general, these two major mistakes are also the reason for the lack of business knowledge and business skills. I apologize for the trouble and loss to the leaders and the company. I also thank the leaders and the company for their help and tolerance during this period. By summarizing these two painful lessons, I realized that all aspects of my future work should be meticulous, so as not to reduce the efficiency of the entire team because of a mistake.

In 2019, my plan was mainly in two aspects. In terms of details, improve work efficiency. It mainly includes daily work schedules, time planning, teamwork and so on. In the middle of 2009, this aspect is relatively weak. Although his work is very enthusiastic and he is willing to sacrifice his time, it will affect his physical condition and working condition. In short, in the new year, you should turn things into half the effort. In career planning, I became an excellent sales consultant and gradually approached management.
