In general, I analyzed my own business. Now I have done more than 500,000 in my own two months, and I can't compare it with another month's business volume! The better thing is that it is not as high as the turnover of a contract with others! I still can't get the first place in the third echelon, not to go to the second echelon, that is one of my own limits! There is also a large vertical milling machine in these contracts, and the rest are customers who may be working together once, that is, online customers.

1. Your own work goals

The work target set by myself has not been completed. Even the lowest tasks specified by the company have not been completed. It is some scornfulness in my work. Although it is very hard, it is still not good enough. As long as I do it, I believe that there is always One day I will succeed, just do not want to do it or not, even if you want to be good, if you do not do it is equivalent to nothing!

2. It should be unbelievable that the market should be better than last year, but why do you feel so hard to do it yourself! I just don’t have my own customer base. I didn’t start to follow the requirements of Manager Wang. I just found three potential customers in a month. Now it’s been two years, it’s been 24 months. Taking 3 is equivalent to saying that you should have 72 customers in your own hands, but the result! Not a few! That is, 72 customers themselves are not good enough to get rid of half, then there should be 36 customers now! Have it? If you don’t have 20 potential customers, your life will not be embarrassing. There are 20 bosses who will pay you every month. Still not doing well enough!

3. The market is different

Now this year's situation should be ours, but it is our soft heart that should seem to be controlled by customers, perhaps the reason we want to sign the list! Just like today's customer signing a contract, the customer said that if you pull the goods, you can take the cash directly. I will say that we are cash, so you have to pay the full amount and we will deliver it to you. The result is 500 yuan. Because some banks can only exchange 50,000 yuan!

To sum up, now we should better observe the market trend more closely, in order to better grasp the form of our industry!

Improve our own business capabilities and our own quality! In fact, the business is to be a person, only people do well, their friends are extensive, and their ability to communicate can make the business better! Being a person is a very important aspect, and it is also that your own professional knowledge is indispensable, so if you want to do business well, you must learn unlimited knowledge in a limited time. Have a better communication range, and the ability to talk!

What I am doing now is to improve my service quality and business capabilities, so that the business of a group of old customers can be consolidated and developed. In the future work, I want to improve my work ability and professional quality:

Strengthen communication with customers, find more ways to establish good cooperative relations;

Constantly sum up its own work, improve its own working methods, strengthen the study of the professional knowledge involved in the work, timely understand the customer's production and operation situation and competitors' situation, and find problems in a timely manner;

Timely feedback the customer's requirements and product quality to relevant departments, and strengthen communication and cooperation with the horizontal department, so that our product quality and service can meet the needs of customers;

Do a good job in pre-sale, sale, and after-sales service.
