3. Problems and deficiencies

1. There are not enough office conditions. There is no computer in the marketing department. You must go to the office to view, download files, notify, report and report. Today, in the electronic office, it has affected the normal work of the marketing department.

2, the collection of mobile payment outlets decreased, except for the two main stores in the county, other points have canceled the collection, only this one, less than 15,000 yuan a year. Due to local characteristics, private lending is prevalent, people are reluctant to deposit, and the savings business is developing slowly. These two businesses have seriously affected this year's income.

3, management experience and work experience are not enough, can not be a good leader of the leadership, weak sense of innovation, limited to the existing business and marketing model.
