There are not many new customers in July, and old customers are also reducing their purchases. New customers are developing less, and some are still in the understanding stage. For this situation, we have to start from different channels in the future. Now is the focus to cultivate potential customers, so that they have more confidence and recognition for us to explore deeper information of customers.
Our sales skills are still lacking, and our basic skills are weak, so we need to strengthen our learning. "Do not find an excuse to find a way", this is what our company and I personally have been advocating. Now my ability is not enough, so I have to work hard, study hard, work hard, and work hard to make every day full of hope. Some people have said that "attitude determines everything." In short, my attitude toward work is to choose what I like. Since we have chosen this industry, there may be no way, but now this is our only favorite job, for what we like. I have to work hardest. In this work, I believe that a positive working attitude is a necessary prerequisite for success, so we must use 100% passion to work.
August work plan
In the second half of the year, we will usher in a new sales focus, that is, the regional division, basically including Daxing, Fengtai and Fangshan. These areas have great potential. They have been running in these places before, but they have not done it. Very good results. Through the division of the company, we will focus on the team in the second half of the year, and fully exert the strength of the team. This time we have also formed a team in the region. The members are Yin Yun and Zhao Shuai and me, Yin Yun and Zhao Shuai are all outstanding. The business people, we have to learn from each other and make progress together, and each of us is also working hard. I hope to take a new step and create a new world.
For the second half of the year, I hope that I need to improve my work. The main points are as follows:
1. Firstly do regular visits of old customers to avoid the loss of old customers, and spend the rest of the time focusing on those potential customers.
2. Strengthen the understanding of professional knowledge so that you can do it well when you have customer consultation. At the same time, it focuses on strengthening comprehensive and comprehensive theoretical knowledge and sales skills.
3. Through communication with old customers to understand the customers around them, we have to spread the net bigger, and at the same time do our word-of-mouth publicity and product promotion.
4. Do a good job in attracting new customers. It is not necessary for every customer to be able to do sales . We should cultivate them slowly and eventually let their customers become our hardcore customers, at least when others ask. It will be said that we are not good, this is also a kind of success, and word of mouth is very important.
5. Do a good job in the maintenance of large customers. There is a 28 rule in the customer relationship. It is still very suitable for us. 80% of sales come from 20% of customers, and 80% of our sales come from 20% of products, so we We must find ways to maintain the needs of our large customers while continuously developing new customers. We will continue to expand the sales of other products while maintaining the products of our existing customers.
6. Do a good job in the company's arrangement, do our best to complete the tasks stipulated by the company, and work hard to go forward.
All in all, we hope that we will have better performance in the second half of the year and the company will have better results. I hope that by the end of the year, we will be able to return home!
