Political teaching work plan

This semester, I am a political department of six classes in the first and second grades. In the first semester, I have been engaged in teaching work with a serious and rigorous academic attitude, diligence and perseverance.

As a department, I can carefully formulate plans, pay attention to the study of middle school teaching theories, carefully prepare lessons and teaching , actively participate in group activities and preparation group activities, get open classes and balance classes, and often listen to the lessons of teachers and learn from them. Teaching experience, learning from each other's strengths, and improving the business level of their teaching . Each lesson is in the best spiritual state and stands in the teaching circle, facing the students with a harmonious, relaxed and serious image. Teaching in accordance with the "National Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards" to enable students to master scientific knowledge. Also pay attention to the morality-based, combined with the phenomenon of real life, temptation, multi-faceted, multi-angle to cultivate a good character and noble personality.

Education is a caring cause. In order to cultivate a high-quality next generation, I always take physical and mental health from the reality, and follow the students' personality characteristics. For individual poor students, I use the many talks between classes to encourage them to establish a correct attitude towards learning. In the face of life, and for eugenics, education, arrogance, arrogance, and enthusiasm, work harder, and make persistent efforts to create new achievements. Through the paradigm of real life, students are allowed to consciously develop their own ideas from the aspects of virtue, intelligence, body, beauty and labor, and establish lofty and lofty ideals.

As a teacher who teaches political classes in the second year, I understand that I am unfamiliar with the teaching materials. Therefore, I should carefully prepare lessons before class and collect relevant information in many aspects. In order to improve the effectiveness of each class and the quality of teaching , in addition to focusing on research materials, grasping the basics and key difficulties, I also use multimedia teaching , such as projection, slides, comics, and recordings. By cultivating students' interest in learning politics, mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative of students, improving the quality of teaching in the classroom, and completing teaching tasks on time.

Through a semester of hard work, we can make a good review plan, and can prepare review lessons carefully, cultivate good students, improve middle school, and help poor students. However, due to the short teaching time of this semester, there are more review contents, and the review is more rushed. At the same time, it is found that a large part of students have poor ability to accept and the learning consciousness is not high. In addition, I am unfamiliar with the teaching materials, and at the same time I have to go to Guangzhou to study undergraduate courses. I have no time to take care of the poor students of the six classes, which makes the teaching results of this semester not reach the expectations.

In the future teaching work, we must constantly sum up experience and strive to improve our teaching level. We must also work hard to strengthen the counseling of individual poor students. I believe that all problems will be solved. I also believe that there will always be gains in farming!
