1. Guiding ideology: In order to implement the 16-character policy of “School Campus, Brand Discipline, Enhance Connotation, and Improve Quality”, we will do a good job in teaching and research, and strive to improve our education and teaching achievements. To complete the various tasks assigned by the school, we have specially formulated this teaching work plan.

2. Analysis of the situation of teaching classes

I am a Chinese teacher in the third class of the second year of high school . In the last semester, the three classes of students were polarized. Some of the outstanding students showed positive and active performances, and their academic performances were also ideal. Some of them could sleep in the classroom, and they were very passive. The academic performance was delayed and even the middle of the year. Basically, I can concentrate on my studies, but the basics are average. The average of three classes is 42.3 points, the passing rate is 46.8%, and the excellent rate is 2.1. The four classes of students in the last semester were relatively calm, the class was dull, the classroom was cold and clear, the homework was not active enough, and the overall score was slightly higher than the three classes. The compulsory fourth and fourth classes averaged 87.2 points and the pass rate was 53.5%. There was no excellent rate.

There are 40 classes in three classes this semester. Excellent students include Wu Wenxiang, Wang Zhibin, Wu Yongyuan, Wang Peina, Wu Lisha, Xie Shuling, Chen Bingbing, Wu Bingmei and Wu Zhikun. 3. Teaching quality objectives for this semester:

In terms of competition, this semester, the second-year language preparation group plans to conduct an on-site essay competition. 7. Disciplinary education:

In this semester, I will combine the teaching content of textbooks to infiltrate the education of students' ideological and moral education, environmental protection education, population and national conditions in the teaching process.
