The specific work has the following main points:

First, learn the theory, update the concept, improve the quality

1. Each member of the teaching and research group should conscientiously study the advanced experience of education policy, educational science theory, teaching research and teaching reform, establish an education concept and quality concept based on student development, cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability, and study this book carefully. The curriculum standards of the disciplines, correct thinking, change the concept of education, conscientiously implement the work plans of the school, teaching and research group, and strive to implement quality education into the classroom teaching .

2. Advocate each member of the teaching and research group to read a rational and chemical newspaper. In general, comprehensive science teachers should adhere to the publications related to the study of physics and chemistry, timely understand the dynamics of physics and chemistry teaching and the trend of physics and chemistry education, broaden their horizons, and broaden the physics and chemistry reform ideas. 2. Adhere to the teaching and research group activities once every two weeks. The preparation group ensures at least one activity per week. Everyone speaks freely, exchanges ideas and exchanges, and proposes suggestions or suggestions for the improvement of this lesson. 3. Establish a system of mutual auditing and mutual evaluation of teachers. According to the requirements of the school, the number of young teachers should be at least 30 sessions, the teaching and research team leader, the backbone teachers 20 sessions, the preparation team leader 15 sessions, and the other teachers 10 sessions. Each class trains the outstanding students of the subject, combines the subject competition, promotes teaching and learning with the competition, and the teaching content preparation group is responsible for the unified preparation of lessons, close contact with the teaching materials and the actual situation of the students, appropriate improvement, gradual, selective and regular; Focusing on prevention and answering questions, the focus is on helping students remove learning disabilities, eliminate fear and increase interest in learning. The teaching content is mainly based on teaching materials, and various methods are used for intensive training, but it must be prevented from being single and boring.
