Each member of the teaching and research group should conscientiously study the advanced experience of education policy, educational science theory, teaching research and teaching reform, establish an education concept and quality concept based on student development, cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability, and study this book carefully. The curriculum standards of the disciplines, correct thinking, change the concept of education, conscientiously implement the work plans of the school, teaching and research group, and strive to implement quality education into the classroom teaching .

2. Advocate each member of the teaching and research group to read a rational and chemical newspaper.
