From the imperial examination system that began in the Tang Dynasty to the abolition of the imperial examination system in the late Qing Dynasty, even before the Tang Dynasty, every dynasty of the education system was changed. A new semester begins again. In the new semester we have developed our teaching plan for this semester, and we must change it. First, moral education work
What should education teach students? This is a hot topic that Chinese and foreign educators have been arguing over. As an educator, we teach students to be students, study, and labor. Educating students is a very complicated art. It is not easy. For example, some students will have various difficulties in their study, such as poor grades and bad morals. The reason is because of the bad habits of these students. . Bad habits are related to their poor family life background and to certain social issues. School education is to let students learn to behave, do things, and develop good habits. The focus of the moral education work this semester is to cooperate with the school to do the "three provinces" work, let the students do everything, do small things, in order to make the students do everything in the future, and do small things.

1. The last third of the students
Some education experts said: Students are a bucket of water, teachers must have tap water. But if the students don’t expose the buckets, how can they pick up the teacher’s tap water? These students who don't reveal the lids are generally the last one-third of the classmates, so paying attention to the latter third of the classmates is the focus of this semester. One third of the students after the transition is a complicated project. They should not be eager to seek success. They should talk about methods and strategies. The basic line is: step thinking, humanistic thinking, and layered teaching . The key points are to improve their interest in learning. Let them learn to find problems, solve problems, find problems, and solve problems. The job should be moderate, small and refined.

Interpretation of teaching materials: At the time of preparing lessons, it is necessary to clearly understand the characteristics, key points, and doubts of the teaching content, so as not to forget key knowledge, lay down knowledge steps, decompose knowledge difficulty, strengthen key points, and master test sites. The process of learning new knowledge evolves into the process of reappearing old knowledge, teaching students to discover problems and solve problems, especially the latter one-third of students, so that they can pick up peaches when they raise their hands.
The basic idea of this semester is: to learn to position, to learn to teach, to study. Establish a sense of effect, and prepare for the preparation of lessons, the effect of teaching, and the effect of work batches. Reform will inevitably produce pain. Every reform will have beneficiaries and frustrated people. With a large slippage, we must try to avoid this situation and help students adapt to the education reform as soon as possible.
