2019 High School Sports and Health Teaching Work Project


High school is the most important moment in life education. In high school, as long as you study hard, study hard, and go to college, then your turning point in life will be fine, and you will begin to slowly succeed and realize your dreams. If you don't work hard, you don't have to study, you can't take college, then your life is likely to be bleak. This is the experience that the predecessors have summed up for decades. Few people have escaped this experience.

In high school, cultural classes are important, but physical fitness is also very important. This is the issue of physical exercise and health education. Therefore, in high school, physical education and health education must be carried out.

Based on this idea, I have developed a high school sports and health teaching work plan:

First, the analysis of the basic situation of students.

Most of the students in my class come from rural middle schools. Their sports performance is uneven. Some students have very poor physical fitness. Most of the students do not develop the habit of consciously exercising. There are many problems and there are many problems to be solved. These have brought great difficulties to the teaching of this semester. These are the basis for the development of this plan. Therefore, the overall strict requirements of students, less criticism, more encouragement, grasp the foundation, promote ability, from shallow to deep, focus on training students to exercise habits.

According to the above characteristics, the progress in teaching is slowed down as much as possible. In the classroom, the methods and techniques of the main churches are carried out from the shallower to the deeper, step by step, and the teaching of the classroom focuses on double-base teaching . Combining the knowledge learned with social practice allows students to recognize the importance of learning sports and health courses. Combine sports characters and things, let students learn more about the historical background of sports, and stimulate students' interest in learning sports and health classes.

Second, the teaching content and analysis

The content of this semester is the first volume of high school sports: basic knowledge of sports and health, track and field, gymnastics, ball, martial arts and so on. Although students have entered high school and have a certain understanding of sports and health courses, students' awareness and initiative in learning sports and health classes are still poor. To this end, in the teaching , students should be allowed to practice from passive learning to take the initiative to improve the students' physical and health literacy. Therefore, we should pay attention to the cultivation of ability in teaching .
Third, aesthetic education teaching and teaching reform measures.

1. Focus on ability training. Focus on cultivating skills according to the requirements of the new curriculum standards. The process of learning is the process of capacity building. Students are not taught to read dead books, but should teach students how to learn.

2. Follow the strategic thinking of “Education must face modernization, face the world, and face the future”. Implementing education must serve the socialist modernization drive. It must be combined with productive labor to cultivate a society with all-round development of morality, intelligence, body, beauty and labor. The principle of the builders and successors of the cause of the cause, with the aim of promoting quality education, comprehensively improve the quality of teaching .

3, the main grasp of "double base" teaching . Teaching according to the syllabus requirements, without excessive extension and promotion, does not increase the student's learning burden.

In order to unilaterally pursue students' academic performance, many high school schools rarely offer physical education classes and health education classes, or just high school, but they are not open after the second year of high school. This is not right. The state is deepening education reform, this teaching method should be corrected, but many schools are not aware of this problem, or teach students with the theory of achievement, which requires our wide-ranging publicity.

Educate students well, improve their physical fitness and what I want to think about, but of course it is difficult. There are school reasons, no courses or few. There are also students' reasons. Many students are not willing to take physical education classes or health classes. They think that this is a waste of time. It is not difficult to learn by themselves. This is the difficulty I face.

However, I believe that as long as I work hard, I will bring the physical fitness of the students!
