The language teaching in this school year should continue on the basic basis, and continue to improve the teaching , and make better progress in continuous improvement. The teaching work of the 2009 school year needs to be continuously improved by the unremitting efforts of all teachers. This is the essential purpose of our teaching !

Our language group has 10 teachers, 1 county backbone teacher, 5 first-level teachers and 4 second-level teachers. It is a group with dedication and hard work. We also do our best for the school. Education and teaching have contributed. In the past few years, under the correct leadership of the school leaders and the concerted efforts of the whole group of comrades, in the tide of language education reform, we are keen on school-based teaching and research, are keen on the study of new ideas and new textbooks, and have led students to hold large-scale schools for many years. Performance or competition. Efforts have been made to achieve gratifying results. The following is the report of the language teaching and research group on the work of this semester:

First, focus on the development of students and cultivate students' interest in learning Chinese

1. Organize interest groups to participate in special counseling and participate in the competition. Under the careful guidance of the language teachers of each class, each class has trained 3-5 outstanding students in writing, formed a school writing interest group, and participated in various competitions at any time. This semester led these students to participate in the county promotion and training of the national spirit essay contest, the county "Spring to send you a poem" essay contest. They all won 2 third prizes.

2. Conduct student competition activities to enrich the second classroom life of Chinese. In the “Jinxiang Vocational School First Cultural Skills Festival” sponsored by the School Affairs Office, we organized two or two events: one was the on-site essay contest and the other was the talk contest. The two competitions were carried out in an orderly and effective manner. One first prize and two second prizes were awarded in two stages. 3 third prizes.

Second, seriously study the business and do a good job of regular teaching

1. Pay attention to smooth and effective completion of teaching tasks, strengthen theoretical study and standardize classroom teaching and operation systems. In theoretical study, we not only actively participate in the collective learning of the school, but our group also took the initiative to contact the latest teaching theory. In this semester, our group concentrated on the "four rules of Chinese teaching " and "happy" theory, which benefited a lot. More importantly, in the teaching of Chinese, we organize the unified syllabus of teachers at the same stage, unify the teaching progress, unify the overall teaching ideas, and emphasize the combination of collective lesson preparation and individual study materials. In the classroom, we strive to implement the "three masters" principle, adopt flexible and diverse teaching methods to teach, promote teaching democracy, and let students master knowledge in a pleasant atmosphere. In the assignment and modification of homework after class, we also have a large composition, small composition, reading notes, after-school exercises, homework, weekly notebooks and other forms of homework to enhance students' ability in all aspects and consolidate all aspects of knowledge. Through the homework to achieve communication with students, education for students. Because the quality of our group of teachers is good, the business ability is strong, and the method is appropriate, the Chinese language scores of our students are generally better. The language scores in the college entrance examination and the college entrance examination are always among the best in each course.

2. Because of the particularity of the language subject, as a language teacher, we know that we shoulder the responsibility of different people. In addition to the language knowledge of the students and the cultivation of students' language literacy, "cultivating people is a matter of language teachers." It is an objectively undeniable truth, so we must have a higher morality to recuperate more profound Chinese knowledge. To this end, all the teachers in our group attach great importance to the improvement of personality and knowledge. First of all, each teacher in my group pays great attention to the influence of the teacher's image on the students. Therefore, the teachers in the group advocate a conscientious work attitude.

Third, actively carry out teaching and research activities to improve teaching water products

The quality of teaching and research activities is directly related to the improvement of teachers' theoretical level and teaching level. Therefore, we attach great importance to and strive to do a good job in each teaching and research activity, so that we have plans, purposeful, targeted, and recorded, our teaching and research. The activities are mainly carried out from the following aspects:

1. Constantly reflect on summing up experience, writing papers, and creating blogs in teaching practice. On each semester, on the basis of teaching and education, our group also mobilized everyone to reflect on the summary at any time, write a thesis, and actively participate in educational and essay competitions at all levels. During the semester, our group of teachers wrote a total of 148 reflections. Most of the teachers left a lot of small reflections in the preparation of the textbooks. In the essay competition, the teachers in the group can basically participate actively. In the papers, cases, and teaching design evaluations, they won 2 third prizes, 2 second prizes at the county level, and 2 third prizes. Three teachers were sent to participate in the second-grade and third-class prizes of the county-level high-level language teachers, and two teachers were sent to participate in the municipal high school language teachers. In the county high school language evaluation activities, he won a first prize and two second prizes. In addition, there are 4 teachers in our group who gave special lectures in the design of high school language teaching in the county.

2. Standardize teaching and research activities. Adhere to the activities of the teaching and research group, as long as the school does not have a regular meeting, the third class of Friday is standardized as the group teaching and research activity day. Adhere to the diversity of teaching and research forms, such as case analysis, evaluation, theoretical study, teaching observation and other forms. The evaluation is the highlight of my group activities.

3. Learn from the experience of the field, take the lead, and make up for it. Whenever the city and county hold open classes, we all attend classes. After class, we will evaluate classes together and learn advanced experience in order to improve our teaching . During the semester, we actively participated in the county-level teaching and research seminars held in the county vocational secondary school, and participated in the activities of the city vocational education and teaching to the countryside in our school, all of which benefited a lot.

4. Adhere to the same class of teaching and research in the same class. In this semester, our teaching and research group still uses the theme of “reading teaching ”. In the high school and high school years, we have carried out a class of heterogeneous activities in the same class. One class is heterogeneous, and five classes are opened. The third group has four simulations. Volume analysis class. Each group member of the event participates in lectures and reviews. Through a one-semester lecture review class, it is not only beneficial to the mutual learning between our team members, but we also basically summed up a set of reading teaching mode suitable for our school students. Most of the teachers in our group's lectures in this semester are more classes of teachers in this group. In addition, our group listened to 260 lessons in class. During the semester, our group took on a city-level open class after the selection.

Fourth, our problems and deficiencies

During the semester, due to the concerted efforts of the whole group of comrades, our language teaching and research group has actually done a lot of things, and has achieved good results in education and teaching . But when we reflect carefully, we have also identified a number of problems and deficiencies:

1. The enthusiasm of the teachers in the group to participate in various competitions is not high. The coverage of the participants is not wide, and the teachers of the whole group have not been able to actively participate in various activities at all levels.

2. In teaching and research, it is mainly due to the lack of guidance from famous teachers and the lack of practical theoretical guidance, which makes it difficult to deepen the teaching and research of each semester to a certain extent.

3. Although there were no major problems in the preparation of the lesson and the correction of the work, there were occasional missing links in the teachings. In terms of job corrections, the feedback was not timely, and the student’s revised work did not work.

4. In various examinations, the excellent rate of Chinese language achievement is not high, and Chinese teachers do not pay much attention to the cultivation and counseling of outstanding students.

In the constant work, we must constantly find more teaching methods and improve the teaching ability of our language teaching and research group. Educating students and cultivating their patriotism is the best prerequisite for our continuous improvement. In constant progress, we are looking for a path to success.
