In order to succeed in the country's educational reform, teachers' comprehension and teaching ability are the most important, so we must put all teachers' teaching and ideological qualities up to complete our education reform:

First, the guiding ideology:

Adhere to the party's "scientific concept of development" as a guide, comprehensively implement the spirit of the 2019 All-China Chinese Small Teachers Continuing Education Work Conference, take the reform and innovation as the driving force, adhere to the principle of "teaching on demand, stressing practical results, and basing on school-based" principles. Focusing on the integration of information technology and curriculum, making full use of the school's own resources, to create a "learning teacher" as the fundamental goal, and promote the professional development of all teachers in our school.

Second, the work objectives:

Third, the main content of the training

Fourth, the implementation principle

1. V. Form of training:

In addition to participating in flag-level training and teaching and research training, each teacher mainly improves and self-improves himself through school-based training with the main position of the school. The school-based training of our school includes the following forms:

1. Lecture. Engage the educated and educated celebrities and the resources of the school to give special lectures to all teachers to introduce the current education reform and development.

2. Research on the subject. Let the teachers continue to receive corresponding training and guidance in the research of the subject, so as to improve the research ability of the teachers.

3. Use modern media means, network technology, listen to the video of distance education, video lectures and demonstration classes and their comments.

4. Small-scale, participatory, experiential learning. Focus on a certain subject, a topic, seminars, etc., participate in and experience rethinking your own teaching experience and educational concepts, learn the strengths of others in communication and discussion, improve your understanding, generate new ideas and ideas, and achieve self-development.

5. Adopt the “concentration and dispersion” training method. Adhere to the principle of "concentration and self-study", highlighting the pertinence and effectiveness of training.

6. Hold symposiums at all levels, through dialogues, questions and answers, combined with the actual study of the school, so that all sectors of society, parents understand the education and teaching of our school, and actively support and participate in the school's education and teaching work.

7. Improve the teacher's own business level by carrying out teacher class activities at all levels, “case analysis” and writing “reflexive teaching notes” appraisal activities.

1. The school-based training leading group with the principal as the first responsible person to ensure the smooth progress of school-based training.

2. Establish a teacher learning and training management system, which requires:

More than 10 new courses in various forms are planned for this school year. And actively participate in the training of relevant textbooks organized by the County Education Bureau, and constantly improve their educational and scientific research.

5. Grasp the backbone teacher training. We will adopt the "point-to-face", "take the old with the new", "to promote the old with the new", "old green pair" and other ways to strengthen the training of key teachers.

6. Training in education and teaching ability. According to the characteristics and requirements of the teaching and learning of small and medium- sized schools, the basic theories of education, psychology, modern education theory and the development of cutting-edge theory of discipline development are strengthened. Leaders should frequently go to the classroom to listen to and study, and constantly enrich, update and improve teachers' educational and teaching ability.

7. Information technology and curriculum integration training. According to the requirements of the county secondary education office, actively organize training to ensure that young teachers can make multimedia courseware for class.

8. The school carries out the "Reading the Book for Everyone" campaign to strengthen the goal consciousness of teachers' self-development. It requires young and middle-aged teachers to develop a 3~5 year growth plan for young and middle-aged teachers under 35 years old according to the needs of the times and teaching work and their own development. Goals and self-study plans.

9. Do a good job in teacher continuing education registration, so that the whole school teachers understand and accept the new ideas and new requirements of continuing education, and strive to create an atmosphere of lifelong education and lifelong learning.

As long as we do the above project, we will certainly make greater progress in implementing the teaching reform. Many facts are placed before us. As long as the teachers are doing well, the students will be able to do well! Teachers are the best way to guide students. In the plan, we also need to implement the reward and punishment system, reward teachers with good performance, and report criticism to students who do not perform well. These should be done.
