The summer vacation has passed, and the new semester has begun. Our school has sent away a group of students who have been promoted to China. At the same time, we have welcomed the new first-year students of the National Primary School. In the semester of the previous year, the students performed very well. The academic performance has made unprecedented progress, which is worthy of our affirmation.

In order to continue to maintain this good academic performance and atmosphere, we must build the school teaching of this semester around the actual situation of our school, keep the good results of our school, and formulate the school teaching work plan for this semester:

First, attach importance to the research of various disciplines and comprehensively improve the quality of teaching

1. Grasp the management and use of modern teaching facilities and provide media for teaching in various disciplines. Strengthen the management and use of multimedia classrooms, and play the role of modern teaching media in teaching .

2. The Chinese subject should pay attention to the guidance and cultivation of the four dimensions of reading, reading, writing and writing. Reading emphasizes the cultivation of students' individuality, respects the students' reading experience, stimulates students' interest in reading and extracurricular reading, and completes the extracurricular readings prescribed by the new curriculum standards. The cultivation of reading aloud requires both time guarantee and method guidance, so that students can feel the reading, read the experience, and lay the foundation for the work. For the guidance of writing, we must pay attention to the methods. Second, we must pay attention to training and try our best to let students practice more. This semester, the middle and upper grades require students to write a diary or weekly note on the basis of the number of essays specified in the textbook. Students' diaries or weekly notes should be carefully reviewed, and excellent articles should be uploaded to the student essay column on the school website in time, at least one per class per month. 4. Strengthen the teaching and research of English and information technology. Teachers in these two courses are good at learning and good at research.

1. Establish an information technology team. Use the information technology team to build a campus material library to provide teachers with the necessary resources for the course. 3. Enrich the extracurricular life of teachers. Set up a campus digital library and campus vod video on demand system. 4. 7. Third, improve the system, change the way, let teaching and research go to school.

1. In-depth development of teaching and research activities according to the characteristics of the discipline.
