Experience in the management of class guides

First, to be a good class leader , you should first have a scientific outlook on ideas and a outlook on life.
The class leader is the collective organizer, educator and instructor. The class guide plays the role of a mentor in the growth of the students. The era, depth, breadth and advanced management of the class guide will have an impact on the students' physical and mental development. So, how can we meet this requirement as a class leader ? There are many commonalities between the teacher's thought and the student's thought, which are relatively easy to approach. They are all of an era and pioneering. This is a favorable side. Therefore, as a class leader , you should first learn more and establish a correct outlook on ideas and outlook on life. This semester I read extracurricular books and maintain the advanced nature of party members.
Second, we must be a good class leader , and secondly we must have a wealth of scientific and cultural knowledge.
"Learning high as a teacher" has a very important position in the minds of students. I think that most students will be eager to be a knowledgeable teacher who can give more knowledge to them. Class leaders must have rich knowledge and extensive scientific and cultural literacy to be good at inspiring and improving their abilities. Therefore, as an old teacher, it is necessary to have a wealth of knowledge to establish the prestige of the students. Only when the class guide has a large bucket of "water", and can achieve long-term flow, when the needs of students can be met in time, the class guide becomes the incarnation of the wise in the hearts of the students, and can establish prestige. There are more than forty students in a class, from different places, different lifestyles, and communication have certain difficulties, so class guides should respect, understand, love and trust students. All in all, the class's own vocabulary, cultural accomplishment, daily behavior and morality have a strong demonstration and guiding role for students. To this end, to become a good class guide , we must work hard to improve our political literacy, cultural science literacy, business and ethics, to be inspiring with a firm stance, to educate people with profound knowledge, to be good.
