“Ask for more” is a famous phrase of Pepsi, and it was my first look at myself when I came to 14 – I want to be more and more, and ask for more. This kind of requirement is not only for the object of the work - the student is more of a request for himself.
In September XX, it was an important day for the "dream class" in the 14th. In the past more than 300 days of teaching and learning, we have never forgotten this in the days when students and teachers are ushered in a double maturity. “Building the Day”, when we are full of vigor and vitality, we have determined our dreams and are moving towards today.
It can be said that what happened in the "dream class" during this year is extremely ordinary and extremely extraordinary. On the way to the children's growth, it seems that every day there are surprises and troubles born. In the eyes of many experienced teachers, all this is so insignificant, but in my eyes, it is like playing a fight and writing a book. Endless book. Students and their families, like a documentary, describe each story of growth, about students, about teachers, about society...
In the first half of the XX to XX academic year, my class had 40 students and transferred one. Because of the inability to keep up with the progress, I automatically applied for a dropout from a young school in Qingyang Experimental Middle School. Therefore, there are 39 students in the class and 21 boys. Girl 18, happens to be a golden section :)
The student family situation is more complicated and generally belongs to the disadvantaged group. There are currently 7 single-parent families, and most of them cannot manage their children better, but let them develop. Some parents do not have scientific education methods, and provide students with unconditional loose economic conditions, but ask some seemingly small and practical issues, such as the use of students' pocket money, making friends, after-school life, spiritual needs... Even a relatively relaxed learning environment cannot be provided, which has hindered the students' natural and healthy development to a certain extent. But the hearts of the parents who are in difficulty in the parents often touch me.
In terms of learning, due to the poor student skills and unfamiliar learning habits, many children were at a loss when they faced the huge gap in knowledge at the beginning of Xiaosheng, and even gave up their own affairs. At this time, it is particularly important to cultivate their interest in the discipline and the courage to overcome the fear of distress. I focus on two kinds of people in this respect: one is the top student, the other is the double student, and a principle is formulated - "the top Sharp, poor life guarantee." In the first half of the first year of the first grade, basically follow this line of thinking, do not give up a poor student, do not let go of a classmate, and gradually establish a catch-up awareness in everyone's mind. The focus of the second semester is mainly on the middle and lower levels. According to the "friendship and mutual help" among friends, the tutoring activities will be carried out according to the "one-on-one" and "several-one-one" models. In this way, students are allowed to educate students, to allow students to supervise students, to allow students to infect students, to gradually eliminate the bad feelings they face when they are alone, and to increase their confidence and interest in learning.
I believe in the principle of standing first and then rigorously regulate the daily behavior of students. Under the strong guidance of President Zhang, Teacher Wang Yali and Liu Guoqin, I have made remarkable progress in several aspects of this semester. The first is the student's public morality and personal qualities. I think this is the only difference between people. I forbid the students to swear in front of me, sitting in an indecent manner, not having a good number of rituals. If any step is not done, I will repeat it again. Now my class has basically eliminated uncivilized behavior in public. In terms of sanitation, it is as small as the placement of cleaning utensils, until the suspension of the class value, and then first let the hands of the pro, then let the students do it, and establish the supervision mechanism and rewards and punishments according to the strength of the class cadre. The old class guides have a lot of help for me. The other class guides at the grade level also work together to manage the students, regardless of each other, forming a united and warm whole. Under the joint efforts of our six classes , the first grade has basically eliminated the phenomenon of string work, and the order of each class has been unified and controlled as a whole.
In the second half of the first semester, my class breeds a bad personality. The girls in the class often go to the classrooms of other classes and even other grades to watch and interact with the boys in these classes, resulting in a significant decline in the performance of these girls in the short term. After I got a deeper understanding of the complicated relationship, I used the methods of face-to-face attack, side hints, borrowing friends, and relatives to guide people in different situations, effectively curbing their inner germination in a short period of time, through science. Knowledge and reason of life made them recognize the road, not only completed the psychological education of adolescence, but also got closer to their psychological distance, mutual understanding of trust, and subtly influenced the students next to them, achieving neither gross interference nor laissez-faire Self-flowing "waiting for the rabbit" management purposes.
Goodness is always the most moisturizing spring of the human mind. In order to let students know how to love, know how to be kind, and know how to think for others, I contacted the Women's Federation of Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province, and personally funded a child who was out of school in the name of the class. She also called on students to participate in such charity activities and enjoy virtues :)
