One. Ideological education work is always unremitting
The sixth-grade students are already mature in their thinking, and they all have their own ideas. To do their ideological work, they must proceed from different channels. I think that the first thing is to play its own role. I remember one sentence saying: "The personal example of the teacher is the most useful sunshine for the student's mind that can't be replaced by anything." Therefore, the class leader ’s words and deeds are in one fell swoop. Once moved, it will become an example for the classmates of the class. After understanding this point, I will guide my actions in my work, teach students the truth of doing things, and promote development so that the students' philosophies can be comprehensively improved. In the class work, students are required to do it. Students are required to arrive at the school before 7:35, and I will not come after 7:35, asking students not to throw things anywhere, and I will never litter. Start small and influence and regulate student behavior. The second is to do a good job in the relationship between home and school, because most of the students in this class are brought up from the fifth grade, so they are familiar with parents. Those parents have my phone number on hand, when students have thoughts or behaviors at home. When the anomaly occurs, many parents will call to talk to me. In the conversation with the students the next day, not only the problem is solved, but also the relationship between teachers and students. When students are not doing homework or fighting, etc., I will call or send a message to the parents of the school's website to let them educate the students. When the students perform well or win prizes, I will also inform the parents of this good news, and let the students appreciate the joy of success from the praise of teachers and parents.
two. Grasping the construction of class and study style
The quality of the work style and study style directly affects the normal progress of teaching work. Therefore, grasping the overall class style and study style construction is the basis for cultivating the overall quality of the whole class and doing a good job in education and teaching. In this regard, I first made a reasonable combination with the actual situation of this class. Targeted class schedules allow students to follow the rules of the class, with the group as the unit, the team leader as the first responsible person, and discipline between the groups. In the competition of achievements and other aspects, in the atmosphere that everyone is not willing to lose, not only guarantees discipline, the steady development of the results, but also promotes the cultivation of team spirit, and in my language, the learning atmosphere still makes me More satisfied.
The second is to train good cadres. Everyone knows that class work is not done by oneself alone. To manage a class well, we must establish a strong team of cadres in order to fully implement the work. Therefore, it is very important to choose a class cadre who is willing and has certain abilities. The cadres of our class are my think tanks, right and left. At work, I let them go, trust them, support them, maintain their prestige; help them analyze problems in their work, teach them methods, educate them to know that they can only lead by example and be self-disciplined. . Through the training in the past two years, they have been able to do their work diligently and diligently, so that the class style of this class can provide a strong guarantee for a good style of study.
three. Do a good job of transforming students
I believe that the teachers, like me, have heard the word "inferior students". My heart is full of helplessness. As a class leader , this feeling is even worse, but in order to let them not always bring some trouble to us in the usual study life, and to see a gratifying 60 points or more in the final exam, we I have to take a 12-point spirit to treat them. Therefore, when these naughty students have made some progress, I will praise them in the classroom. The teacher’s praise, the students still care very much, and praise, although the role is not special. Big, but it also allows them to stay quiet for a few days. This is enough. We can't be too greedy. Don't expect sesame seeds and expect a big watermelon waiting for us. What's more, what we pay is just a sentence. Secondly, there are many students with difficulties in our class. Especially students such as Huo Chengmian, not only have poor academic performance, but also violated discipline or his hobby. With his strong body, he can always get the upper hand, and he will fist his fists. For this type of student, in addition to educating the 39 students in this class to manage themselves, do not have a general knowledge of him, and take the first praise for his performance in school. After the criticism, he was willing to accept criticism in the praise of the comfortable. If these students are poorly dependent on teachers, it is impossible to guarantee their achievements. Therefore, I generally use the "one-on-one" approach to improve.
