Cleaning in a pharmaceutical factory is not a matter of sweeping and wiping, but must follow certain rules. The director often said that the pharmaceutical company only needs to do two things. First, the second production is cleaning work. Whether it is cleaning AB or CD-level clean areas, the general principle we follow is from top to bottom, from inside to outside, after the first thing, in a certain order, can not be wiped back and forth. We started rubbing it all with alcohol, and I was mainly responsible for the preparation of alcohol. We use 75% alcohol to make 75% alcohol, and 75% alcohol sterilization is the most effective. After wiping with alcohol, fumigation of formaldehyde potassium permanganate is carried out. This is followed by the number of microorganisms tested. Continue to disinfect with alcohol after passing the test because the sterilization period is 3 days. After the test is finished, it has to be rubbed again with alcohol. After several times, ozone disinfection was carried out. The link is very tedious, we have to rub it over and over again, but this is a must. The preparations in our workshop are not as final as other workshops, but the sterilization must be strictly controlled during the production process. Therefore, we must ensure that the production environment is sterile. For the clean area, we are the biggest source of pollution. In the clean area, you can't do things that are not related to work, such as shaking your hands and raising your arms to prevent bacteria from being brought into the production process. Even if we wear clean clothes, we can't guarantee sterility. Because the human body is constantly metabolizing, the metabolites are discharged upwards with higher body temperature and are discharged from the neckline. Therefore, it is required to clean the clothes as much as possible and wear eye masks.

The director gave us training in my spare time. The equipment training mainly introduces DMH-1m3 dry heat sterilization cabinet, SW-CJ-2FD type clean workbench, YXQ-MG-202 pulse vacuum sterilization cabinet, mainly the model parameters and structural material operation of the equipment. For these devices, we have already operated when cleaning. Those interface operations, door operations have been very skilled, the operating parameters of the device have been set at the beginning, and the subsequent operations do not need to change the parameters.
