Three experimental steps
Leveling
The ampoule level is roughly equidistant from point A and point B for rough leveling and eyepiece optics.

Change the height of the instrument, read the level gauge record of point A after leveling; read the reading record of point B of the front view point after leveling, and calculate the height difference h2.
If h1-h2 is in the range of +5mm or -5mm, take the average of the two as AB height difference, otherwise retest.
Along the selected route, the observation is still carried out by the method of the first station, and the stations are successively set, continuously observed through points C and D, and finally returned to point A.

The ampoule instrument is placed on the test site, centered and leveled. a round of observation;

According to the observed horizontal reading readings and the calculated horizontal distance, the broken points are drawn on the drawing with a special protractor, and the elevation is marked, and the ground objects are drawn in time.

Four experimental experiences
Surveying is a technical subject, and it is a necessary skill for us to learn professional courses. In the classroom, we can only learn some theoretical knowledge, but for the use of instruments, the measurement methods of elevation and the mapping of maps can only stay in the understanding. To the extent that there is a lack of practical ability and experience, I cherish the opportunity of this internship and hope to get exercise from it.
On August 29, 2019, Teacher Chen simply laid the internship task and started a three-week measurement internship. We divided into 6 groups. Liu Bin, Fu Xi Hall, Zhao Yizhong, Jing Gaoli and I were the first. Five groups.
The measurement task is to close the leveling route, measure the elevation of each control point, and draw a topographic map. The first two weeks of the mission was to lay the groundwork for the third week.
The first week is a measure of the elevation of each point. This week's internship task is relatively easy, but some problems are exposed in the measurement: in the use of the instrument, the foot screw is not adjusted to the proper position before the leveling. , can not be leveled; during the measurement process, be careful not to touch the tripod, so as not to level the realignment, resulting in damage to the instrument; when reading data, did not press the post-pre-post-pre-order, but record In this order, the data is wrong, and because of the rigor, there are many errors.
The distance and angle are measured in the second week, and the three groups complete a set of closed level routes, which requires division of labor between each group, but because the measurement tasks of each group are not allocated well before the measurement, a certain distance is missed. And the measurement of a certain angle, the division of labor between each group is very important, without a good division of labor, the measurement task is not clear enough, and it will waste a lot of time.
The task of the third week is to draw the topographic map. Our group is mainly responsible for the residential building part. The task of this week is relatively heavy, so we should pay attention to the time when we strive for quality. Check the measured area, select points, and measure the broken points in advance. , record, and draw maps, as the number of measurements increases, improve the proficiency of using the instrument, minimize or not make mistakes, shorten the measurement time of each broken point, the coordination is more and more tacit, but in order to catch up , some of the features are missing. I think that if the experiment is not completed, we can't relax ourselves. We should always be vigilant and cautious. We must have a spirit of seeking truth and being pragmatic when measuring.
Through this internship, I realized that measurement is an accurate job. You can't take it for granted. Mastering knowledge should be accurate. You can't let go of every detail. Part 2: Measurement Internship ReportIn order to better adapt to the future work, the school provided a four-week civil engineering survey internship. The content of this internship is the practice of engineering survey knowledge. The internship requirement is that we can achieve the basic operation of engineering survey. The degree of mastery. Compared with the previous classroom internships, this internship is more concentrated, more extensive, and more systematic. It is based on the actual control of measurement and production, and deepens the understanding, mastery and comprehensive application of book knowledge. It is to cultivate our theory and practice. Quality of independent work ability, comprehensive analysis of problems and ability to solve problems. It is also a concrete, vivid and comprehensive technical practice.
The first week's task was to perform traverse and leveling measurements. The wires, starting from a set of known control points, passed through several points and back to the starting point to form a closed polygon that became a closed wire. His field work includes: surveying and selecting points, establishing signs, measuring angles, measuring edges, etc. The internal calculation is to calculate the plane coordinates x, y of each wire point. Before the calculation, the wire measurement field record should be thoroughly checked, whether the data is complete, whether there is any mistakes and errors, whether the results meet the accuracy requirements, and whether the data is accurate. This is the first time we have used a level gauge, total station since our internship. After completing this task, we are ahead of the other groups, but the error calculation, we found that our error exceeds the allowable error range, the teacher said that the first week of data directly affects the next week's measurement tasks, we can only rework, However, we found that we had problems in the alignment process, and then we carefully adjusted the instrument, and there was almost no error in the data after the measurement.
In the second week, we are going to do topographic mapping. This week our mission is to measure the topographic map of the part of the Century Building of the Railway Institute, mainly using the closed wire control points measured in the first week to observe the broken points, due to the whole station. The instrument has the function of recording data. The main difficulty of this week is the mapping in the industry. This time the workload is large, but the work is difficult, so our components are two groups, one group is working in the morning, one group is in the afternoon, which ensures that the task can be completed satisfactorily, and allows us to better arrange the time. The hardest part of this week is the knowledge of CAD and CASS software operations and the knowledge of computer processing software. If too much data is accidentally missed, it is necessary to mark the position of each point during the measurement to facilitate recording. This week, one group of people got up early, the other group returned late, the weather was too hot, which also improved our hard work.
In this week, we need to make the line test. The line test must first calculate the internal industry. First, calculate the comprehensive elements of the curve, and then calculate the mileage of each pile and the pile. Then conduct field measurements. It was raining that day, but we still insisted on measuring the point. The most important thing is to ensure that the instrument is ok.
The last week's mission is bridge control measurement. This week's mission is first to measure the bridge control network, and then the internal industry calculates two angles, followed by the staking of the pier, and the ground piers are laid out according to the calculated two angles. Position, we have to use the theodolite this week. At first, we used a rough aim. After we saw it, we found that no matter how the instrument was debugged, we could not level the instrument. We could only change the instrument. It was noon when the instrument was replaced. At this time, the sun was shining. Very glaring, we still bite our teeth, but found that the difference between 2C is too big, the instrument is no problem, we think it should be the cause of the weather. Then we measured the discovery data in half a night, and we know how much the weather affects the measurement...
During the four weeks of measurement, I trained a lot of basic skills in mapping. First of all, I am familiar with the use of the total station, and I am familiar with the various methods of using the total station, and mastered the inspection and calibration methods of the instrument. Secondly, in the process of checking and correcting the data, the sources of various measurement errors are understood, and how to avoid measurement errors and minimize the measurement error is understood. In addition to being familiar with the use of the instrument and understanding the source of the error and the measures to reduce it, you should also master a set of scientific measurement methods. In the measurement, you must follow certain measurement principles, such as: "from the whole to the local", "first control after crushing "Working principle of "from high to low level" and "checking step by step". This not only prevents the accumulation of errors, but also finds errors in time, and can improve the efficiency of measurement.
Through this internship, I really realized that a lot of knowledge can't be learned in class in the textbook. From the days of the two-week internship, I got a lot more valuable things from it:
