Police station internship summary

From February 11th to May 16th, 2019, I went to the Chengguan Police Station of the Jixian Public Security Bureau of Changzhi City for an internship. After more than three months of internship, I learned a lot of knowledge that I couldn't learn in the classroom, expanded my horizons, increased my knowledge, and learned about society.

When I first arrived at the police station, I thought that the work of the police station was very simple. It was not difficult, but a simple piracy record completely shattered my thoughts. When doing transcripts, because I only master some theories, and doing transcripts requires the accumulation of life and the skills of inquiry, so the transcripts are intermittent, unable to grasp the key points, do not know how to continue. Finally, it was completed with the help of the instructor and patient guidance. This makes me realize that "police" is a very difficult job. Every case must be "clear, well-documented, accurate, well-discriminated, legal, and complete."

"Speaking with anger and doing things fairly." This is the biggest feeling of my internship. The police station is the grassroots combat entity of the public security organs, and the people are usually contacted. Mediation disputes, investigation and evidence collection of illegal crimes are inseparable from the support and help of the people. If you do not speak civilized and arrogant, not only will it not help the work, but it will be counterproductive, it will lose the feelings of the people, and it is not easy to carry out the work. Public security work must take the popular line, otherwise it will be impossible.

During the internship, I learned to send out more than forty business accounts. The whole work is divided into eight aspects: population management, public security management, security, law enforcement, service, public, team building, housekeeping, and police protection. The police station of the police station has a lot of work, a lot of work pressure, a whole day, no holidays, no Sundays, and a quiet and obscure work for the security of the party. Their words and deeds and every move are left in my mind. The deep Luoyin will influence and inspire me to study hard and become a qualified people's police in the future.

In short, this internship is a good beginning for the theory and practice, laying the foundation for the future of society.

Police station internship summary

This summer, from July 10th to August 30th, xxxx, the school arranged for me to wait for 20 people to go to the Public Security Bureau of Daye City, Hubei Province for an internship. For Daye in the south, this is a harvest season, and it is also a season of sowing. It is mixed with satisfaction and hope. This is the mood of the peasants and our mood. A group of 20 people, some were assigned to work in the municipal bureau for paperwork, some were in the criminal investigation brigade, some were assigned to the public security brigade, and some were assigned to the police station for internship. I and the other three were assigned to the Chenji Town Police Station in Daye City. In the public security system, the police station is the most basic organization. In terms of the food and contact it handles, it is undoubtedly extremely basic and complicated. The work content is trivial and complicated. This is the characteristics of the police station.

1. Chen Guizhen and Chen Guizhen Police Station

Daye City is a county-level city, known as the hometown of bronze, and is also known for its rich minerals. Chen Guizhen, the mining and mining town of its existing books, is richer than other places, claiming to be the first in the country. Strong earthquake. Because of its high fiscal revenue, infrastructure construction is relatively perfect, and the surrounding towns and villages are relatively different. First of all, the more striking is the style of the town government office. It feels like a grand palace, carved and painted; next is the village and village facilities. Each village has basically two computers, even if it is dusty all the year round. Asked. Moreover, the office of the village committee is not a large courtyard or a small building, and the style is extraordinary; once again, it is the steel factory, smelting plant and concentrating plant that are all over the place. A thriving scene. However, in terms of farmers' living standards, they are not in harmony with the surface of Chen Guizhen. In the town, young and middle-aged people are left, most of them go out to work, and only a small part of them stay in the town to work with foreign workers in industrial and mining enterprises. The income level of the peasants is also extremely low. According to several local workers in the Tongshankou mine under the jurisdiction of the town, the monthly salary is no more than 500 yuan, and the salary of the police officers at the police station is around 1,500 yuan per month. . This is the income of a miner, no doubt more than the average peasant. It has been observed that in addition to agriculture and industrial and mining, Chen Guizhen has no other industries of scale, which has caused the farmers to increase their income. The surface prosperity of the town is in stark contrast to the low level of living of farmers.

The town police station is next to the town government compound and is a courtyard house. The facilities are perfect, there are fitness room, restaurant, garage, reception room, office building and police officer dormitory. There are 11 policemen in the establishment, including 4 household registration police officers, 3 criminal police officers, 2 public security police officers, one director and one instructor, two drivers, three police cars, three police locomotives and one cook. In terms of police officer qualifications, four demobilized soldiers, one specialist law graduate, one junior college student, one local security team turned into a police officer, and the remaining two were unknown.

Second, the scope of work of the police station and the security situation of Chen Guizhen

The police officers at the police station are on duty 24 hours a day, four shifts. In order to implement the policy of “there is a police must be connected, there must be a policeman”, as long as there is an alarm, no matter what, whenever the police will help or solve the problem, or make suggestions And advice, and must record and retain the police return receipt. In actual work, mediation disputes are the main work of the police. Disputes include security disputes, property disputes, and financial disputes. In addition, the work includes: investigation and evidence collection, transfer of prosecution, administrative detention and supervision of suspects. Major criminal cases are generally transferred to the Criminal Investigation Brigade, and traffic cases are handled by the traffic police. The policemen unanimously said that there are too few police officers, the workload is large, and there are too few police cars. It is very inconvenient to go to the police in Chengui Town, where there are many mountains and complicated terrain.

As mentioned above, Chen Guizhen is a place where the financial revenue is high and the peasants' living standards are not high. The relationship between the peasants and the government is not very harmonious. Conflicts and contradictions often occur between farmers and enterprises, and the production tools of industrial and mining enterprises are stolen. And the ore is also a large part of the case, the situation of the group is also high, compared with other rural areas, the number of foreign population is more, resulting in more contradictions, so the security situation of Chen Guizhen is still relatively severe.

Third, the law enforcement situation of Chen Gui police station

Under the arrangement of the director, I followed the internship life of a household registration surnamed Mao. He was a police school graduate and was in a police station three years after internship at a nearby police station called "Jinqiao Town". "Become a people's policeman. He is a strong man. His left eye has obvious indigo, and he is very powerful. He is a meticulous person. He writes meticulously, but he rarely has a smile." He has been working for nearly eight years, and he is still a small and authoritative people's police.

Most of the time, I and the Mao police officer went to the village to visit the village, to visit the people, to mediate disputes; even when it was his turn to sit in the duty room, they went out to deal with disputes, fight the group, the people and the industrial and mining enterprises, the brothers fight, Husband and wife fight, and everything is in our hands. I remember that there was a dispute: a woman A suspected that her husband was infected with a woman B in the same workshop, and that several people called the women B to fight. In order to mediate the matter, Mao police officers rushed back and forth between the two families for two consecutive days. Finally, women A apologized to women B and compensated for 600 yuan in medical expenses. In this dispute, Mao police officers showed the highest quality that a young police officer could perform, and indeed made me wait for the people who ranted in the ivory tower. After the incident, the police officer asked the two parties to record the transcript and write the mediation agreement, which was finally completed.

The policemen at the Chen Gui police station attach great importance to the relationship between the police and the people. The police officer chatted with me and said that it used to be the rule of law. Everything is done in accordance with the law. Now it is a harmonious society. The rule of law is a thing of the past. Our aim is to deal with the relationship with the people, try not to intensify contradictions; without pistols, without batons, try not to carry handcuffs, speak with anger. The director also said that the most important thing to talk about in a harmonious society is to solve things in the bud and avoid intensification. Mao police officer also said that he had encountered several administrative lawsuits. Fortunately, he was more cautious, did a good job, and did not lose the case. He said that people who are dissatisfied with us always exist, but as long as we work well and things are solved, we don't have to worry about anything. The most important thing is to make the materials work. Every piece of material is legally justified. It is not afraid of more administrative litigation.

As far as torture is concerned, according to my observation, the Chen Gui police station did not appear. There are two reasons for this: First, there are not many important major cases in the cases handled by the police station. There is no such problem as pressure on the police, and there is no need to use confessions by torture. Second, even if you encounter a major case, the police officers at the police station are only To assist with the investigation, most of the work has been transferred to the Criminal Investigation Brigade. During the interrogation period, it was stipulated that more than two police officers should be present together. This is also very good. Some police officers said that five years ago, the power of the police was very large, and torture forced confessions often appeared. It is also common to have free snoring. It has not been possible for several years. He lamented that the police are getting harder and harder to do, especially if the "Public Security Punishment Law" is introduced, we will be even more shackled.

4. The status of rule of law awareness of citizens in Chengui Town

As mentioned above, Chen Guizhen is a serious place for law and order, but it cannot be said that Chen Guizhen’s sense of the rule of law is weak; on the contrary, during the two-month internship, they have shown us a surprising side. Fei Xiaotong’s "Local China" strongly clarifies the reasons for the lack of stability and unity and law and order in rural areas. It is not legal consciousness, but clan authority and customary morality. It is not legal rules but entrenched. Habits and ubiquitous local authority. Here, as a rural area, the people of Chengui Town broke these habits and authority. They are no longer a group of self-sufficiency and tolerance. They have a sense of power, although they are only the most basic, the lowest level of economic interest. pursue. They ignore the inaction and the actions of the government and enterprises. They are slightly profitable and will not let go. They only have consciousness and no correct legal knowledge, so the means are not following the law. Therefore, there has been a lot of people and businesses, there is a land use right, and there is also a desire to gain a share in the development of the enterprise.

Police station internship summary

In October 2019, the school arranged for us to go to the Municipal Public Security Bureau Urban Sub-bureau for a two-month internship. When I first arrived, everything was novel: advanced hardware conditions and standardized management, the police were busy with the busy figure, the parking lot of the police car was whistling... We asked this question like a naive child, looking around. Internship is the first time we have really contacted the public security work and faced the work object for the first time. For us, there is no doubt that there is a sense of mission and challenge that “the sky is big and the people are in the world”. From the moment I stepped into the development zone bureau, I said to myself, we must cherish the precious time and grow and enrich as soon as possible.

The township sub-bureau is located in the northwest corner of the **** district, adjacent to the Yuhua District and east to the Dongshan Old Town. The transportation is convenient and extends in all directions. The area of the jurisdiction is 52 square kilometers, and the population is over 140,000.

First, the internship harvest

Internship arrangement

During the internship of the urban sub-bureau, I was mainly responsible for assisting the police to patrol, station traffic posts, dispatch police to handle disputes, produce relevant legal documents of public security organs, etc., noise disturbances, husband and wife fights, sales disputes, and so on, all of them are under our control. In these policing work, there are still quite a lot of civil disputes. It is still difficult for a police officer to be satisfied with both parties.

Under the arrangement of the bureau, I followed the internship life of a policeman surnamed Xu. He entered the police team through social recruitment. He is a strong man, very powerful, but he is a meticulous person, writing meticulously and working hard. He has been working for nearly a decade, and here is still a small and prestigious people's police. In the course of work, the master often patiently taught me some of the knowledge in the police. For example, when we pick up the police, when the master knows the situation with the victim, I should promptly record the relevant information of the victim, including the name, unit, address, contact information, ID card number, etc., in the alarm record book, through two Personal coordination improves the efficiency of the police, and avoids repeated inquiries to the victim.

I remember a dispute: a woman who sat in front of a shop to blow air conditioners in order to cool, but also eats and drinks, seriously affecting the normal business of the shop, the waitress let him leave, but there is a dispute, the woman put the waiter's face The department scratched three blood marks of different lengths. The waiter broke into the woman's mouth in order to break free, and the thumb was bitten by the woman. In order to adjust the matter, the master made adjustments between the two in a week. Finally, the woman apologized to the waiter and compensated the medical expenses of 3,000 yuan. In this dispute, the master showed the highest quality of a young police officer's performance, which really made me wait for the trainee bureau to be impressed. After the event is over, the master will also write a mediation agreement to both parties, which will be completed.

Internship experience and gains

During the internship of the urban sub-bureau, let me further understand the public security, understand the society, and recognize myself in the public security society. I also learned about my own shortcomings. I know the importance of learning, especially related business knowledge, such as the investigation and tactics in public security, law and order management, law, criminal psychology and so on. After three months of internship, I started from my own work and deeply felt the difficulties in public security work. Trivial and complicated work often takes one or two o'clock at midnight. Even the most common quarrels, the police not only have to persuade, to do investigations and transcripts, but also to mediate, the work is very thin and annoying. During this internship, I have gained a lot and I have a lot of insights. Through the bitterness of the police, I learned more about all aspects of the police profession. I calm down and think about it. Through the bureau, I can understand many things and have a great influence on my future life and work.

2. Understanding of juveniles invading financial crimes among floating population in the district

The relationship between floating population and juvenile delinquency

With the acceleration of urban processes and the imbalance of regional economic development, large-scale population movements have occurred in China at this stage, and a large number of people have flowed to areas with more developed economies. The floating population has undoubtedly played a huge role in promoting the development of the inflowing economy and the employment pressure to ease the outflow. However, it is undeniable that the large-scale population movement has also brought about some negative effects, one of which is illegal crime. In the case of illegal crimes committed by the floating population, juvenile delinquency is prominent. According to a survey conducted by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League on 2,361 young offenders, the number of idle youths was 1,445, accounting for 61.2%, which became the main body of juvenile delinquency. In large and medium-sized cities, the problem of juvenile crimes among the floating population is also serious. According to the latest statistics, the crimes committed by this group account for about 60% of the total number of crimes committed by some cities. It can be seen that there is a close relationship between population movement and juvenile delinquency. In other words, population mobility is an important social factor affecting juvenile delinquency.

a typical case

During the internship of the urban sub-bureau, I have encountered many cases of juvenile crimes among the floating population. I can say that I am very touched. In April 2019, Gao Shufang, a middle school student from Zhangshu City, came to a hair salon in the jurisdiction of the Municipal Public Security Bureau's urban sub-bureau through the introduction of relatives. This is good, the boss gave her 600 yuan before the start of school. I can see that I am going to start school. Gao Shufang asks the boss to ask for money. I know that the boss wife actually said: 29 days is also dry, can only give money for one month. Gao Shufang felt that there was no way. On the night before the start of the school, the owner’s wife was absent, and the store’s oil skimmers, hair dryers, beauty and hairdressing supplies and some bosses’ accessories were swept away. After receiving the alarm from the proprietress, the township branch immediately contacted the relevant toll stations. The master, and another policeman and I drove to the train station. In the waiting hall of the train station, we found her. When I saw us, Gao Shufang looked very calm and confident. Back to the township branch, when accepting our inquiry, the 15-year-old Gao Shufang still did not think that there was anything wrong with her own practice. She said: "She owes my salary, I just take back part of what I deserve..." The police officers present at the time were so disapproving, showing how weak her legal concept was.

Investigation Countermeasures of Urban Sub-bureau on the Crimes Committed by Teenagers in Floating Population

1. Strengthening the crackdown and prevention of juveniles’ crimes against the economy

In view of the rising crimes of juveniles in the floating population in recent years, the urban sub-bureau should regularly establish police and civilian co-construction activities with the community neighborhood committees and property management departments within the jurisdiction to jointly strengthen the education supervision and guidance work for young people, and discover the illegal personnel. And timely informed the community police, and combined with their families to carry out education work, and strive to reduce juvenile crimes.

2. Do a good job of regulation of criminal suspects

To effectively combat juvenile delinquency, we must do a good job of "active attack and preemptive enemies." Strengthen the management of key populations within the jurisdiction, and strictly manage high-risk groups, monitor their whereabouts at any time, as long as new clues or traces of suspiciousness are found, be prepared to take the initiative at any time, and kill their motives for crime. In the cradle.

3. Increase the intensity of the crackdown

Intensify efforts to crack down on illegal and criminal activities that affect the healthy growth of young people and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of young people. The public security organs must severely punish all kinds of criminal activities that infringe upon the physical and mental health of young people, especially to incite, induce and coerce juvenile delinquency, disseminate criminal methods, disseminate obscene articles, and criminalize young people.

4. Strengthen publicity and education work

Strengthen legal publicity and enhance the awareness of youth self-prevention. Intensify the publicity and education of the legal system through various forms, help young people to strengthen their cultural accomplishment and master certain legal knowledge, educate them to abide by national laws, regulations and public ethics in social life, and consciously resist the lure of various bad behaviors and illegal criminal acts. Infringement.

Third, the internship summary

Your own inadequacies and areas that need improvement

During the internship process, I tried to combine my own professional knowledge and practice in the school to improve my business level and accumulate experience so that I can check and fill in the gaps in the future work, learn from each other, and use the new public security theory. Knowledge to guide new practice. Although I have no law enforcement power when I contact the case, I often ask myself what kind of nature these cases are and how to deal with them when I deal with them. I feel that many cases are not well grasped by me. This also warns me to study hard in the future. I don’t know what I don’t know. I also learn from books, examples, and others. I only want to learn, I’m willing to learn, I don’t know how to ask, and then I’m going to study again. There is nothing that can’t be solved. Through this internship, I discovered my own shortcomings and shortcomings, and felt that my professional knowledge is lacking. I will focus on the training and training of these aspects in the future study and work.

Looking to the future

Although the internship of the urban sub-bureau has ended, in the past three months, I have not only learned a lot of business skills, but more importantly, I have deepened my belief in doing public security work. In the future, I will learn more solidly, enrich myself, correct mistakes, improve deficiencies, develop strengths, work hard to improve, do my job well, and strive to become a qualified people's police!
