The work of the trade unions is closely related to the work of the school center. Under the leadership of the principal of the principal, the completed tasks have been successfully completed.

In April and May, the gynaecological examination of female faculty members was organized.
Second, around the center, carry out activities
1. Assisting the administration, actively participating in the formulation of the personnel system reform plan, and making a large amount of propaganda and ideological work, contributing to the maintenance of the overall situation of the school.
2. Assisting the Party General Branch and the Youth League Committee in carrying out the education of “socialist concept of honor and disgrace”, carrying out “volunteer” activities, and selected five excellent monographs.
3. Formulate programs, regularly inspect and guide, and strive to cultivate the school's “Youth Endeavour”, and have made some positive work to improve the business skills and skills of the majority of young teachers.
Third, standardize itself and improve the standard
1. In strict accordance with the democratic program, a new teaching representative, bureau, and trade union group were formed, and the duties were clearly defined so that the work of the trade unions could be carried out in an orderly manner.
2. In July, a school work democratic life meeting was organized and the contents of the meeting were briefed and reflected.
In March and July, a democratic evaluation of middle-level cadres was organized and statistics were made.
Fourth, carry out activities to enhance cohesion
In January and March, the school organized the "March 8" Women's Fun Games, a total of 78 female faculty members participated, and won the second place in the district group.
