First, the circulation of official documents is automated. After the preliminary work preparation, the oa automated office system was fully applied in our company at the beginning of last year. This work has received strong support from the Ministry of Information Technology. Under the circumstance of heavy workload in this department, they specially dispatched technical forces to carry out equipment debugging, software installation and comprehensive training for personnel in the city's system office computers. The office was able to timely distribute files through the oa system, effectively shortening the circulation of official documents, and minimizing the use of paper files and reducing management costs.

The second is the standardization of document management. After the document management was incorporated into the office, we researched and formulated the “document management system” in accordance with the instructions of the company's leaders and the requirements of compliance management, and standardized the procedures for the collection, distribution, use and management of documents, and increased the key links. Control and responsibility awareness. In terms of the settlement of documents, we have introduced new products, insisted on the settlement of orders by printing companies and grass-roots companies, and timely arranged internal changes according to the changes in the requirements of each company's documents, and effectively eliminated the issuance of documents while ensuring that single orders were available. Casual and wasteful.

Third, the human resources management is scientific. In order to meet the requirements of the Labor Contract Law and related laws and regulations, on the basis of standardizing the system's extra-duty employment behavior, we put all the information in the staff and labor dispatching staff into the system to realize system deployment and management. Personnel, positions, job changes, and personnel transfer, etc., must make timely changes and adjustments on the system, and realize a dynamic management mode in which data is updated at any time. In the face of the changing needs of personnel in various departments, we effectively exercise the recruitment function, strictly control, adhere to the principle, eliminate the interference and influence of various human factors as much as possible, and send a large number of outstanding employees to all levels of the company to become the promotion department. An important force for operation.

Fourth, the propaganda work has been normalized. We use the internal information platform of the city's system as our propaganda position, and continuously increase the intensity of information compilation and reporting. The number of provincial company information publications has increased from 15 in XX years and 22 in XX years to 108 in 2019, ranking first in the province's system. Second, take care of the overall situation and actively coordinate public relations

I regard pragmatic cooperation as a means to promote the implementation of the goals of the Ministry of General Affairs, and persist in establishing the overall concept and overall consciousness. In February last year, the system was installed and commissioned in the whole city system, the financial industry operation audit in April, the special xx insurance inspection in May and the system sales agent qualification examination in the city, the semi-annual meeting of the Jingbo Canyon in July and the special audit of the Shenyang Audit Center. In the work, I put the requirements of the company's leadership as the grassroots service into the action, and actively provide services to the grassroots work. Everyday, the basic requirements of the grassroots company to me and the Ministry of Comprehensive Affairs, I insist on answering questions and responsiveness, even if it is difficult to solve problems within my scope of responsibility, I will try to coordinate the relevant departments and personnel to help solve. In the past year, I involved all the grassroots companies, whether it is outdoor propaganda plate design, indoor image wall composition, bidding book writing, xx and xx functional departments, and I have done my best and have no reservations. Although the results of some of the work are extremely limited, I can use the action to let everyone feel the sincerity of serving me. Since the mid-September last year, the city’s second-level legal person’s printing and returning branches have been managed by the company, and the auditing work of the grassroots companies has suddenly increased. Most of the grassroots personnel go to the city to do things in a hurry, and it is inevitable that they will be negligent in using the approval procedures. While insisting on the implementation of the printing regulations, I fully understand their hard work, actively help them communicate, try to digest the problem in the first time, and finally achieve the elimination of the risk of printing, but also avoid their tiredness.

Fourth, treat each other with sincerity and deal with colleagues in harmony

For a long time, no matter what position I am in, no matter what job I am engaged in, I can treat every colleague and employee equally, be strict with myself, be patient with others, maintain unity, be good at communication, and be obedient and not repeat. Do not dismantle Taiwan and resolve conflicts without creating contradictions. In the department, the working hours are conscientious and stressful, and the work is harmonious and enjoyable; the colleagues and grassroots personnel are warm and thoughtful; for outsiders and telephone calls, try to solve the problem one by one, let everyone fully feel The standardization and responsibility of PICC.
