It is my good fortune to come to Samsung on the platform at the beginning of graduation. At present, many people advocate that college students must first find employment and then choose a career. I spent a considerable amount of time on my own self-examination and life direction choice before graduation, so it is my inevitable that I can work in this profession after graduation. However, although it is inevitable, the platform of Samsung Human Resources Department has indeed surprised me. It is a blessing to be able to achieve this goal after all the plans have been made. Naturally, you can't live up to the things that are fortunate.

The work in a month feels cumbersome and busy, but there are a few simple things to do in the summary:

Second, not enough confidence. This is one of the shortcomings that I have summarized before I started my employment. Since I joined the company, I have not experienced the integration and adaptation stage of the headquarters. Many jobs need to be explored. First of all, more people communicate. Second, keep the regular, progressive daily life after work. First, the role of departmental staff. When I first came to the interview, the manager said that our human resources department is a talent training center. In this way, our department has become a transit station, and will never be a stable and stable team, so the human resources department is not easy to grow. Second, treat highly educated job seekers. The first is in the interview. For special positions, we should have a special interview process design. Because the psychology of newly graduated college students is sensitive, they may not accept the gap between ideal and reality. Then, in signing the labor contract, the attitude of college graduates to the labor contract is very cautious and therefore too rigid, because the school is in employment guidance. Some graduates who applied for the power plant did not dare to sign the contract some time ago, so there is still some thinking in the labor contract.
