According to the characteristics of our company and industry, our human resources department has broken the previous recruitment model, and has contacted colleges and universities in and out of the province to select talents on campus. After nearly two months, through our concerted efforts and joint efforts, we have achieved gratifying results. The recruitment began officially on September 26 and ended on November 15. It has visited Huarui College, Oriental College, Deqiang College, China University of Petroleum, Heilongjiang Institute of Science and Technology, Harbin University of Science and Technology, Harbin Engineering University, Heilongjiang. Engineering colleges, Heilongjiang University, Jiamusi University, Jilin University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Qiqihar University and many other universities, a total of XX people took the test. In this recruitment, we have publicized through the Internet and the telephone conversations and visits with universities in the early stage, and we have been highly recognized by our college graduates and all walks of life. Especially at China University of Petroleum, we have signed more than 70 employment agreements with our graduates at the request of students and teachers. Fourth, the shortcomings. While achieving the above-mentioned good results, we also saw our own shortcomings. For example, the volume distribution work did not achieve the expected results, the test papers were not numbered in time, and the candidates did not have a clear employment position. In terms of study and management, we still have a lot of shortcomings, but we are confident that we will develop our strengths and avoid weaknesses in our future work and improve ourselves through continuous learning and practice. In order to improve our personal abilities, we are learning through the Internet and books. We are still studying English and Korean in our spare time under the leadership of Minister Zhao.
