After a month of internship , I first tasted the ups and downs of being a teacher. Looking back at the days with the students, I can't help but think of my high school days. I also feel that today's students are more naughty, flexible, and bold than we used to. The ability of students is stronger than the first generation, and the requirements are getting higher and higher. The class leader is the organizer, manager and planner of the class work. It is also the middle strength and backbone of school management, and plays a decisive role in the formation of good class style and school spirit. As a class guide, how can we make our own work on the steps, on the standard, and on the grades? During the internship , I worked as a class leader. I have such an understanding that the class's ideological education work for students is essentially a process of psychological communication with students.
