I finally found the internship school. I came to the school with excitement and started to teach students.

After a month of internship , I first tasted the ups and downs of being a teacher. Looking back at the days with the students, I can't help but think of my high school days. I also feel that today's students are more naughty, flexible, and bold than we used to. The ability of students is stronger than the first generation, and the requirements are getting higher and higher. Therefore, in order to establish a good teacher image among students, it is necessary to take an unusual path of exploration.
During the internship , our main tasks are class work and teaching.

The class leader is the organizer, manager and planner of the class work. It is also the middle strength and backbone of school management, and plays a decisive role in the formation of good class style and school spirit. As a class guide, how can we make our own work on the steps, on the standard, and on the grades? During the internship , I worked as a class leader. I have such an understanding that the class's ideological education work for students is essentially a process of psychological communication with students. Only when we truly understand the inner world of students, we must be targeted and appropriate. In order to achieve the purpose of teachers to help students grow and help students to support the work of teachers, and thus receive good educational results. First, rewards and punishments are appropriate.

I know that a good class leader should always use "love" to open the minds of students. Today, we are not facing a few students, but the class of 62 people has no strict discipline. How can we have a good class style? In our education work, punishment is also a means of education. Of course, punishment must be especially prudent. I think that when we punish students, we should pay attention to the following aspects: 1 First, we must pay attention to respecting the independent personality of students, and protect students' self-confidence and self-esteem. Good is good, wrong. This also cultivated the mentality of the students on the podium. Although not every student speaks at the class meeting, I firmly believe that every student has his own new plans and new plans. Third, organize the charm of activities.

The construction of good class collectives must rely on activities to achieve, the activities can produce cohesiveness, close the relationship between teachers and students, so that each student can play the enthusiasm of the main body. At this time, team spirit education and healthy competitive psychological education are effective; in my class All the activities organized by the school, the class guide and I have given high priority. For example, the registration and training class of the school sports and I will participate in it, start the mobilization meeting, and train with the students. Theories such as psychology tell us that in a competition, one's goal expectation level should not be too high or too low. Only a medium-level expectation can keep the participants in the best competitive state. After the first two weeks of lectures and lectures, I officially stepped onto the stage in the third week. For the first time, I felt that the knowledge I had learned came in handy. As a teacher, there is also a vocation that teaches and unselfishly spreads knowledge to students. This is also an important part of our internship – teaching. I first realized the hard work of being a teacher. In recent years, the wave of mathematics classroom teaching reform in China has come one after another, and various achievements that have guiding significance for improving the quality of mathematics teaching have emerged. However, most of these results focus on how to make students learn more, faster and better on mathematics knowledge and skills. How to promote the formation and development of individual psychological quality corresponding to them, but often ignore the individual social development of students. problem. In other words, it emphasizes the educational process based on the transmission and learning of knowledge in classroom teaching, emphasizing the development process of training and raising the individual psychological quality as the main line, but neglecting the social process centered on interpersonal interaction. Almost all teaching processes take place in the environment of student group interaction. Therefore, it is a very meaningful question to emphasize the interaction between individual students and student groups. The so-called cooperative learning is a form of teaching organization. It requires students to engage in learning activities together in a heterogeneous group of 2-6 people to complete the learning tasks together.

As a system, classroom teaching requires constant feedback and correction. In class teaching, different students have different learning styles and correction needs. Especially in the middle school mathematics teaching, the mathematics level of the students in the class is very different, and designing appropriate corrective activities requires a lot of planning time. If the teacher is the only source of help for corrective activities, then management difficulties will delay the teacher's help to the student, thereby reducing its effectiveness. If you use collaborative learning, students can quickly get high-quality corrective activities from their peers, shorten the correction time, and have more time to complete the learning task. Cooperative learning in the group can also provide incentives for students to improve their motivation and reduce anxiety. This means that the progress of students with learning difficulties is not at the expense of the development of outstanding students. On the contrary, all students can benefit from the peer group counseling of the study group.

The teaching method of cooperative learning introduced above, I personally think is feasible, can cultivate students' cooperative spirit, and can mobilize their enthusiasm and improve learning efficiency.

Although I only had an internship for a month, I feel that I have learned the essence of the basic teaching of students, that is, to work hard, improve their own quality and cultural literacy, and improve their language proficiency and expression. In this case, I believe that students will gradually accept me.

It is not easy to be a good teacher, but it is much easier to be a serious and responsible teacher. I am not sure that I will be a good teacher in the future. But I dare say that I can be a serious and responsible teacher, I will do it.
