When this summer vacation is about to come, I will begin to plan this summer social practice. I have been thinking about the university for four years, and I still have a little understanding of the professional knowledge I have learned. So I came to a supervision unit to start my summer internship according to my major and combined with my own conditions.

When I first arrived, I treated myself what I saw and heard as a beginner. Leading himself to an internship is an old man who has been retired after retirement and has a high prestige in this company. After taking over the helmet that he handed over, I started my day of practice. The supervision work is to supervise the construction of the construction party during the construction period to ensure the quality of the project. The process of supervising the site every day is an opportunity for me to learn. Most of the study at school is around books, and it is difficult to access the actual construction process and specific operational specifications. Although the school has organized everyone to go to the construction site to carry out a sensory understanding of the internship , but because of the large number of people, it is difficult to explain one-on-one as in the present, and explain each person's problems clearly, so I cherish the opportunity of this practice. .

The site I practiced this time is a residential building, which is not completely strange to me. This practice has different understandings from the basic excavation to the roof waterproofing, from the building structure to the construction process. In the process of following the supervision inspection site, I have a general understanding of the construction process of various parts, such as the pouring of the construction of the column and beam slab, the plastering project, etc., and the problems encountered in the inspection are also opportunities for me to learn. For example, when viewing the plastering, it was found that there were more problems such as more blisters on the surface and uneven angles of the male corners, which required the construction workers to pay attention to the water-cement ratio or the process of strengthening the construction. From these problems, I can understand the actual operation mode of operation from the causes and solutions, which also makes up for the gaps in my study in school.

The construction basis of the construction party is the drawings, and the basis for the supervision supervision construction quality is also the drawings. In this practical activity, I came into contact with two kinds of drawings, namely architectural drawings and structural drawings. The architectural drawings are the most and the earliest drawings after going to college, so they are more familiar, and the structural drawings have never been touched. The only knowledge about the representation method is the content that the teacher explained in two hours in the classroom, which needs further study. So, every day after finishing the inspection of the construction site, I have to be familiar with the representation of the structure diagram. From the annotations in the figure, I understand the structure and design that I have never touched in the project. For example, from the section “Below the skin of the beam to the skin of the board”, I first knew the upper and reverse beams; the design of “the ring beam replaced the beam with a ring beam” and so on. When I encounter problems that I don't understand, I will be open-minded. However, the representation of the drawings is too abstract after all. If you want to understand more specifically and deeply, you must go to the construction site to make a sense of understanding. So, in the process of patrolling the site the next day, I will take the problem to see the structure of the building, in order to be impressed. Gradually, I am also able to boldly ask some of my own problems.

In this practice, I first came into direct contact with various commonly used building materials, such as different types of steel bars, benzene plates, extruded boards. In addition to the panels of materials, I also learned about the functions of various materials, although it is basically shallow. Understand, but laid a good foundation for my future study. The cost of professional talents has been in a good employment situation with the progress of the country. However, there are still many difficulties in the employment of college students. The most important thing is that there is no practical work experience. However, some problems in actual work are not accessible during school study.
