Due to the shortage of teachers in the school, the workload of the teachers is very large, very hard, but in the usual contact, although tired, but the teachers have an optimistic attitude, the work is still full of enthusiasm, serious teaching, Did not show any dissatisfaction or complaints. Secondly, through this educational activities, it has also benefited a lot from teaching. Before I was teaching, I was still worried about going to Liujia Middle School. One of the important reasons was that I was internship in high school and had no experience in teaching in the middle school. After arriving, the school leader handed me a class in the first grade. This makes me feel a lot of pressure, and the teaching objects and teaching content have changed a lot. With the patience of the old teacher, I gradually adapted to the teaching of the middle school. My major is Chinese language and literature. I have established an ideal from an early age as "a glorious people's teacher." When I first walked into the classroom, all the students stood up and shouted "teacher is good," and I could not help but shake it. When I saw them so cute, I heard their loud answering voices and loud singing voices, and I seemed to return to the past and return to the middle school age. Seeing their eyes full of eagerness, listening to their childish voice, they have an impulse, and can't wait to pass on all their knowledge to them. After three months of teaching, I have experienced many things, bit by bit, and let me ponder over and over again; I have experienced many emotions, big and small, affecting me again and again. I went into rural secondary education, learned about the current situation of rural secondary education, recognized the difficulties and hardships of rural middle school education and teaching, and experienced the ups and downs of rural middle school teachers.
Rural middle school students are born and raised. They are influenced by the specific environment and parent education. They tend to be more timid, less talkative, lack self-confidence, and fear that they will be wrongly criticized by teachers. People are ridiculed. The speech is basically in a passive position. In teaching, I encourage students to speak boldly and use affirmative language to give affirmation. Teaching activities are the bilateral activities of teachers and students. To make it effective, it is necessary to establish students' trust in teachers. Especially for rural students. It is necessary to change the old ideas of the traditional teacher's dignity and establish an equal teacher-student relationship. To respect the love of students, a positive attitude towards students can alleviate the inner tension of students, and students who have psychological barriers should be better at cultivating their self-confidence and enthusiasm for learning. Only by establishing a green channel for communication between teachers and students will there be a relaxed, democratic and harmonious atmosphere between teaching and learning, in order to create conditions for teacher-student interaction. Therefore, before class, I carefully prepared lessons, understood the various situations of students, and taught students in accordance with their aptitude. In the classroom, I tried to use the wonderful stories, the induction of the follow-up, and actively encouraged to deeply attract every student. After class, I seriously corrected the homework. And focus on the potential students, always let each student learn and understand the digestion before they are willing to give up.
