The production of Lanfeng Biochemical uses a lot of raw materials. I walked from the company door to the workshop. I smelled a lot of unpleasant smells along the way. I was dizzy, suffocated, and uncomfortable. I just wanted to retreat, but I changed my mind. I think that the major I studied is chemical engineering. I always have to contact chemical production in the future. This is intimidating. How can I study and work in the future? Dad also encouraged me to say: How can you hone people without difficulty? You have to cheer. So, I bite my teeth and maybe I will adapt to it in two days. When I arrived at the workshop, the workshop responsible for safety first introduced me to the nature and function of the products in this workshop, introduced the raw materials and physical and chemical properties required for the production of the products, as well as the various rules and regulations of the workshop and the company, and took me to visit. The whole process of producing products.

The product produced in this workshop is called Lincaojing. It is a high-tech product. It is mainly used for forest weeding. The production process is complex and there are many chemical reactions. The workshop takes each step of the response as a post, and I was assigned to a post internship in the first step of the production process. The first step of the reaction is called "methylation". The specific reaction is more complicated. Simply put, a group is changed to a methyl group. This first step reaction is very important. If the first step of the product is unqualified, the subsequent process cannot be carried out. Therefore, the workers in this position are all very capable and busy.

I came out and found that there was no specific work. The masters told me to familiarize yourself with the environment. All the buttons, valves and switches on the post could not be moved before they were familiar. I told me to take care of myself, wear a helmet and wear Good overalls, in the event of an accident, wear a gas mask and run up the wind, and so on. Because it is continuous production, the machines in the post are kept around the clock, and the workers are always busy. From the feeding, dropping, to controlling the reaction temperature, there can be no mistakes. The masters also talked to me about some of the lessons that have happened before. I think they are very dedicated to their work. Dad said, it is called responsibility. It is very hard to do the operators. There are white shifts and night shifts. Every day, the work is very tired. The company’s leaders are also very considerate. There are lounges in each position, tea is also provided, and Chinese food or dinner or late night is also available on duty. I think the company's leadership is very good, it can improve the efficiency of employees, but also make employees feel the warmth of care.

The masters are very busy, don't have much time to communicate with me, and I don't want to give trouble to others. Just turn around and look at the post. There are many operating procedures and rules and regulations on the wall of the operation room. I have counted more than 30, and it seems that the requirements for chemical production are very strict. This is also inevitable. Without strict requirements, how can it become a famous enterprise? After a few days I was a little familiar, just follow the master to see how they operate. The production machines are very large, but the design is very sophisticated and ingenious. For example, if the material is large, the material can be reflowed. If it is less, it can be automatically added. Just control the program. I will see them look at the instrument index for a while, and then look at the liquid level. I will screw the valve for a while, and then screw the valve. Sometimes, several people have to inform each other about the situation and progress. . A class followed, I not only dizzy, but also backs up. The whole program of operation is very complicated. I have only learned a little bit of study for ten days. I can only help the master to copy the meter, write the record, know how the valve is opened, how much the temperature meets the requirements and other simple work methods.

I thought it would be very difficult to be internship during the internship . I didn't expect it to pass in ten days. During this time, I realized the busyness and hard work of the work. I felt that it is really not easy to make money. I know what responsibility and teamwork are responsible. The heart is that a person must have a serious and responsible attitude in doing anything. I still need more progress in future university life. Four years is not long, but as long as I continue to work hard, I can do better. University life is the most valuable asset in a person's life.
