During the internship , I was assigned to the editorial department to follow an internship with a senior editor. I got a lot of money in this internship .

My internship knew that the teacher was a very introvert, but I learned a lot by interacting with him. For example, how to deal with introverts and so on. At the same time, my teacher is a teacher who is very focused on cultivating personal autonomy. During the internship , he asked me to go out for an interview, instead of following him to watch him interview. This is not only to exercise my autonomy, but also to exercise my communication skills. The first interview was inevitably a little nervous, and it was inevitable that it was somewhat restrained. However, when we really go deep into it, we see something different. Perhaps, many people think that the interview is just a question and answer, very simple things, in fact, not. When I actually went to the interview, I found out that it was skillful to ask questions. First of all, the questions you ask will be seen for a while, so that you can get more useful information from the interviewees. Second, the problem needs to be deeper and deeper, so that you can see the essence of things. Again, learn to sum up in the interview and avoid writing down unused information. I also encountered such a problem in the interview, that is, when interviewing an intermediary company, the person in charge was euphemistically avoiding the questions we asked, but was eager to introduce how their company is doing well. After I spoke to my intern teacher, he told me that this is to see how you can wrap others back into the question you are asking. This is also a matter of skill. I have learned a lot from this exercise. The next step is to write a manuscript. Forgot to say, my department is a special issue department, which is dedicated to writing soft texts for real estate, which is a very in-depth article. After I interviewed the second-hand housing agency, the teacher asked me to complete a soft paper about the second-hand housing market. The only requirement was to have depth. After I spent a lot of effort, an article I thought was not bad was completed. But the teacher does not seem to be very satisfied. He told me a lot about how to start, how to word, and so on. The most important thing is that the teacher taught me how to go deeper and how to quote what others have to say. I got a lot of money that day. I still remember what the teacher said last time, and learn to write articles. This is also a kind of expertise. It is a bad thing to have more expertise than others.

I think the teacher is right. After all, we are learning advertising, and in the future, we will encounter more or less things like writing articles in our work. It is time to lay the foundation for the future. Through this internship , I feel that my social practice ability has been greatly improved, my ability to adapt to society has increased, my ability to use language has increased, and my writing ability has improved. However, through internships, I found that there are still many problems, including the lack of cultural knowledge, and “there is less hate when the book is used”.
