Participating in teaching internships is something I have always dreamed of, because I am a professional student, I need to participate in practice, I need more study, I need more lectures, I need more practice to be myself. The ability to exercise well, I want to participate in the internship is a very good exercise opportunity, I believe that I will continue to work hard, I will improve myself and help others in the constant teaching.

Since the time of going to the countryside was finally decided, the preliminary work was very tense, and the preparation for teaching was only carried out in the last week. On Tuesday we initially developed a teaching plan, including the organization of the students, the arrangement of the team members and the teaching plans. On Thursday, all team members reported their courses to us. However, due to the uncertainty of other work, we did not specifically discharge the class schedule, but chose to go to the local area to specify, we just selected a few quality courses from the reported course, as the focus to arrange.

Problems, responses and experience:

1 Due to the negligence of the work, the items taught by the team members were not effectively taken care of, resulting in the loss of some players' belongings and loss. Although we launched a small child to search, we still haven't recovered it. We must pay attention to this issue in future education.

2 Temporary replacement of the place in the countryside, which delayed the official start of the teaching work, caused many problems, and the arrangement of personnel was also restricted. We had to change the program and curriculum to influence the subsequent teaching work. Before going to the countryside, you should try to reduce the uncontrollable variables in the countryside, so as not to increase the difficulty of the work.

3 Due to the tight time, the way in which the pre-prepared students registered for registration failed to be implemented. This caused the children who came to the school to be too young, not only did many classes fail, but the classroom order was very problematic. As a result of the temporary increase in the number of music lessons, and we let older children as assistants, to some extent improve the classroom order, but because the children have come to the school, it is impossible to let them go back to re-enrollment, small The problem of poor child order has always been a difficult thing for us. How to solve the choice of teaching objects is still a problem, and we must seriously consider this issue in the future.

4 Children are too young to make big classes almost useless. But the place we live in is exactly a middle school. There are two classes in the third and third classes. We will contact the school and finally decide to give two classes to the third class every day. The arranged curriculum runs through the spirit of independence, self-confidence, dedication and gratitude, and really gives them something. In addition, the school asked us to give a lecture on the determination of the third grade. After investigation, we found that students were generally tired of learning and confused about life. Finally, we decided to open a "My future is not a dream" exchange on the evening of the 4th. Our team members tell them about life and about learning. This was warmly welcomed by the children. Later, going to the countryside should focus on the middle school students, and they can better understand the spirit we spread.

Some thoughts on the role of teaching:

Teaching is an excellent means of increasing the feelings of the villagers. There is nothing wrong with this, but we must not regard it as a means only. It is behind it and is of great significance to the actors and customers of the teaching. .

Our character will deeply affect the students who listen to the class. We are passionate, they will feel the vitality of life, we are brave, they will also Confidence... Every member of the team will find out that there is such a big charm, and you will have a sense of responsibility, so that the students will be stronger and brave because of you. In addition, objectively, teaching also exercises the ability of the players to lay the foundation for entering the society in the future.

2 This is the meaning of teaching, but also the meaning of going to the countryside. That is, for the members of the teaching team, this is a process of self-value discovery, and it is also a process of growth. In the future life, you will benefit a lot.

3 The most direct is to provide a happy place for children to be there. In our days in the countryside, here is their paradise. No matter what you teach, just the excitement itself makes sense for them. Moreover, they can organize them to sing together during the teaching period. In this way, performing at the party and letting parents see their children performing programs is a good thing for children and parents.

4 As mentioned in the first article, teachers who can discover and organize children with special skills can rehearse programs in their spare time. This is also helpful for the smooth preparation of the party.
