First, strictly demand yourself and do practical things for the school.

How to live with the teachers, the school leaders and teachers here hope that I can bring advanced teaching ideas and methods to them and become the service providers of teacher development; I am a teacher from the county, not an ordinary teacher, improving the school. Teachers should play a role in promoting the overall level of education and teaching.

Third, sincerely, teach and educate people

When I officially took over the work of the Tangshan Town People’s Voice Guanshan Hope National Primary School, I feel a long way to go. I can always reap the rewards. Today, I am delighted to discover that my children and I have achieved a win-win situation. In less than one year, the five classes of students taught have a good learning attitude, their study habits are good, their academic performance has improved significantly, and their language achievements have been improved. Fourth, wholeheartedly, caring for students

“The students here are not like the students in yours.
