Summary of the internship of college students in the summer of 2019

I didn't waste my summer vacation in 2019. I went to the country and took part in the internship in the countryside. I can learn a lot during the internship . I said to myself before I left, I must work hard and must learn in the internship. More things. After starting the internship , I also felt that there was nothing wrong with what I thought before. I really learned a lot during the internship , and I can do better!

I was fortunate to be a member of the Rural Policy Propaganda Group to participate in the summer social practice activities of xx college students. After this practical activity, I have gained a lot, mainly the following:

First, by participating in this social practice, I also discovered many of my shortcomings. For example, the lack of professional knowledge, the ability of interpersonal skills, and the ability to respond to problems, etc., are also horrifying for the behaviors that did not understand the actual situation before, and did not conduct on-the-spot investigation and research. These shortcomings, I will work hard to overcome, cultivate all aspects of ability, improve their comprehensive quality, and strive for further and better development.

Second, a good team and teamwork teamwork is an essential prerequisite for completing a job.
In the preparatory work in the early stage, in the face of complicated policy files related to the countryside, our team members carried out a reasonable division of labor according to their own abilities, fully exerted their own advantages, and successfully completed the preliminary work. A solid foundation was laid for the smooth completion of this event. Since most of you are participating in the “three rural areas” activities for the first time, the experience is not enough. When carrying out specific work, it is necessary not only to carry out policy announcements, consultations, and doubts, but also to hold talks with local township leaders and farmers’ friends. A lot of work, such as household surveys, seems to be a little powerless. However, everyone did not retreat, but they played the spirit of unity and cooperation, learning from each other, helping each other, performing their duties, doing their best, and devote themselves wholeheartedly to their work. In this harmonious atmosphere, we successfully completed this social practice. From this event, I have more deeply realized the strength of the team and the importance of the team.

Third, the sense of social responsibility is a must for our contemporary college students.
During this activity, I went deep into the countryside and contacted the largest and most bitter and poorest class in our society. It shocked me a lot, and I felt that the burden on my shoulders was even heavier. With the continuous progress and development of China's economy and society, the living standards of farmers have been improved. However, the life of the peasants is still very bitter and the living environment is very poor. In the local area, farmers often mentioned that "three nowhere", that is, "the road is impassable, the water is impassable, and the electricity is impassable." That is to say, the roads, water and electricity that are closely related to the life of the peasants cannot be guaranteed. This shows that the peasants’ lives may be solved. It is also possible to solve the problem of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”, increase the income of the rich and the people, and improve the living standards of the peasants. There is a long way to go. Although, through this activity, we have made some contributions to the farmers’ friends, this is not enough. This requires us to pay attention to the hot spots of our country and to the problems that restrict our development, both now and now. Do your best to contribute to the development of the country. As a contemporary college student, as a young man, it is necessary to conduct in-depth investigations and studies, comprehensively understand the status quo of China, enhance its sense of social responsibility, and do its own meager power for the country, the society, and the people. Be a youth who is worthy of the country and worthy of the people.

The internship is like this. As long as I work hard, I naturally learn more in the internship . I think so. I believe that I will get more progress in the continuous growth, but now I still have Some shortcomings, I have to make more progress, but I have not made more progress for the time being. This is what I regret, but I have realized my own shortcomings. I can study in my future work. To be better, this internship is a valuable journey for me to grow up!
