It was an exciting thing to come to a strange place for the first time in three years. The middle school we live in is very good. The internship is scheduled for three weeks, but due to unexpected things, the journey was shortened to two weeks, and the production internship was four weeks in the teaching program, so the remaining two weeks must be under Semester back!

Two weeks of production internship , we have been to Shen Ling Air Conditioning Equipment Co., Ltd., Shun Te Electric Co., Ltd., Midea Dishwashing Company, Liansu Technology Industrial Co., Ltd., Guangdong Kenli Machinery Co., Ltd., Shunde Kewei Electronics Co., Ltd. Large-scale factories such as Guangdong Forging Machine Tool Plant, understand the production situation of these factories, various knowledge related to this profession, the work situation of workers in various factories, and so on. For the first time, I personally experienced the knowledge and practical application. The sensor was applied in air-conditioning equipment, the electronic technology was applied in the electronics industry, the precision machinery manufacturing was applied in machine manufacturing, and so on. Shen Ling air conditioning equipment limited On July 1st, this is the first day of our internship . We came to Shenling, a manufacturer of central air conditioners. When I came to the factory, the person in charge of the factory first introduced some production conditions of Shenling.

It is learned that Guangdong Shenling Air Conditioning Equipment Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation in 1992. It is a modern enterprise integrating scientific research, production, testing, sales and engineering services. It is one of the 500 largest electrical machinery manufacturing enterprises in China. Specializing in the production of "Shenling" brand large and medium-sized water-cooled, air-cooled unit air conditioners, clean air conditioners, constant temperature and humidity machine room air conditioners, roof air conditioners, high temperature environment special air conditioners, dehumidifiers, chillers End equipment such as fan coils, cabinet fan coils and combined air handlers. Among them, unit type air conditioners and clean air conditioners include cold air type, cold air electric heating type, heat pump type, constant temperature and humidity type and other series and varieties. Then we divided the five groups into visits to their production workshops.

We first came to the sheet metal workshop. From the fixed management drawing of the workshop, we can understand that the production process of the workshop is: the blanking area of ​​the blanking area of ​​the stamping and forming area of ​​the soldering area, the second part of the stamping transformation area, the special inspection point of the parts, the aluminum alloy processing area, the sheet metal semi-finished product turnover area, the welding and spraying finished product. In the sheet metal workshop, I watched the production of various machines. There are m-2023 shearing machine, j23-25 ​​punching machine, j23-40 punching machine, j23-60 punching machine, j23-80 punching machine, j28-500 four-column hydraulic press, csw-250 angle punching bed, ta-60t bending machine, rg- 80 bending machine, etc., all kinds of machines we are familiar with and strangers. Then there is the two workshops.

In the two workshops, we watched the production process of the pressure vessel drill press, the fin press, and the production of some machines that could not be remembered. In the assembly shop, the person in charge of the plant explained the principle of shell-and-tube heat exchanger and water-cooled condenser. In this workshop, we have been able to see the prototype of a complete central air conditioner. In this behemoth, we have used all kinds of knowledge we have learned, sensors, electronic technology, precision machine manufacturing and so on. From the production workshop of Shenling, we can see that China's air-conditioning technology is basically mature, and it depends on whether its central processing wafer or imported!

In the factory inspection workshop, the master explained the process of product inspection for us, and showed me how the inspection was carried out. The instruments used were precision instruments, and there were common tools. There is a kind of instrument that we have never seen before. That is the ammeter using the sensor technology.

During this period of internship, I learned a lot and hoped to learn and grow better in my future work and life. The feeling that this internship gave me is that I have been making continuous progress, and I have always found my own shortcomings and have been constantly correcting them.
