My experience in the internship is totally different from my feeling in school. The experience in the internship is really a huge improvement that I have been growing constantly. I believe that I will get more progress in the internship . There have been many realities like this, and I will grow slowly over time.

In order to better exercise marketing ability and practice to improve our business standards, under the leadership of the company, Mr. Li took me to maintain a two-week internship trip, from July 31 to August 12, experienced timidity. The process of sorrow, happiness, frustration, enrichment... In just two weeks, countless tempering, found out their own deficiencies, and learned a lot of things. When leaving the returning train and embarking on the land of Xi'an, I know that I have grown up.

During the week before my business trip, I was preparing for the company's various financial reimbursement and travel management systems, and at the suggestion of Teacher Li Guopo, I organized my own clothes, belts, daily necessities, etc. Be sure to be foolproof. Of course, the plan can never keep up with the change, and we have encountered a small problem in the first step of travel.

As a marketing person, business trips can be said to be commonplace. Anything can happen on the road. Being able to adapt to the situation is also an improvement in ability. Even including the purchase of tickets is a matter of learning. Here I am thinking of an interesting thing about our travel. Due to the large-scale precipitation across the country, the railway is blocked, the large-scale delay in the railway station is not fixed, and the ticket sales point stops selling any of the routes to Xinjiang. The ticket, which made me and Master Li anxious, but at this time another message was released, and the ticket was refunded in full. This reminded Master Li that he immediately went to the refund group, patiently looking for and persuading, actually I bought two sleeper tickets for retreat, so we finally got on the train to Xinjiang.

Quickly judging a message and taking action, so that we did not delay the planning of the trip, saving precious time, although it is a small matter, but also made me feel deeply.

After more than 30 hours of hard work, we finally reached the real marketing practice and started this.

When we maintained the construction bank customers, the other party raised a quality problem for us. Although the problem was not big, the customer had their own requirements. Teacher Li immediately visited the chief of the department and negotiated with the other party. In order to deal with the company, and then get in touch with the company, communicate with relevant feedback, feedback the customer's opinions and product issues, then visit the relevant technical departments to study the problem, propose solutions, after the test and detailed communication, the problem has been basically solved, Finally, we will visit the customer leaders to explain the whole process and get the understanding and affirmation of the other party. However, one day before and after, after solving the problem and minimizing the company's losses, it also promoted the communication and cooperation between the company and the customer. At this moment, I learned that when dealing with old customers, I actively deal with attitude and determination. Calm handling, coupled with the right processing, is what a qualified marketing person should do.

Teacher Li often tells me that the marketing staff is to make a mature person, to make an acquaintance into a customer, and to make a customer a friend. At first, I have some doubts. As a result, I actually saw a customer like a friend. Perhaps because of the age, the conversation between Manager Zhang and Mr. Li in the telecommunications department is like a general business. From the business to the company, to the policy, and even to the family trivia, the harmonious communication is really A qualitative change from the customer to the friend. "Only a friend will think for you. Only a friend will consider it from your perspective." This embodiment may be more obvious in the communication with ICBC and BOC. When you have a regular meal, a cordial conversation and a joy to say, Deng Kechang and Huang Kechang, who are old friends, have revealed a lot of resources and information to Teacher Li. And the reliable information from these sources is likely to be our next business. In the conversation with Mr. Huang, we learned about the bidding information of the government procurement center on the “land use certificate”, so we set foot on the next day. In fact, the bidding has been heard for me for a long time, but I don’t know what his process is. I am so grateful that I am very glad to have such an opportunity. Li is also very systematic in preparing for the bidding. It is a pity that due to objective reasons such as less bidding, we finally gave up the bidding plan. Teacher Li told me that after conducting in-depth investigation and analysis of the business, we must make the right choices, and sometimes we must dare to give up. It can save unnecessary resources and save resources for the company. In fact, grasping and giving up is sometimes the key to success.

In addition to practical learning, Mr. Li also does not forget to combine the theoretical knowledge of me daily, such as what kind of time should the client choose, what kind of strategy should be adopted, and the role of the seat when the meal is shared with the customer. How should we introduce the company and ourselves, the etiquette that should be paid attention to, etc. To be honest, these are not all that can be digested at a time. I feel that I will grow more when I learn more and more in the exchanges.

In a blink of an eye, my internship was over. I learned my strengths and realized my shortcomings. As Li said, modesty is my strength, but being too careful makes the customer feel strange. The taboo of marketing, and for personal reasons, my dress should be more mature, should think more ways to do things, more hands-on, pay more attention. In particular, the phrase "doing business is to be a person" has become my future marketing principle.
