Time is always faster than imagined. The 20-day school internship is over, some are disappointing, some are regrettable, and I still feel a little bit in retrospect. First, in teaching, the textbooks in the central part of the country are written by the People's Education Edition. The second grade is in the same triangle and axis symmetry, and three of the lesson plans I wrote are the axisymmetric part, the last one. In the early days of entering the school, I mainly listened to the teacher's class. In class, I felt the teacher's teaching style. While not affecting the classroom discipline, the students were fully involved in the discussion, and the students were very friendly. The students were very good. I like to listen to Teacher Park’s class. I think I will be able to take advantage of this in my teaching work in the future. In the middle of the internship life, I talked about two repetitive classes. In the two classes, they were experimental classes and regular classes. I mainly talk about the nature of the isosceles triangle. In this teaching design, I use the characteristics that students like to make hands-on, introduced by the students' hands-on operation, which can quickly attract the attention of the students and let the students observe themselves and others. The triangle in the human hand naturally discovers the two properties of the isosceles triangle, and thus learns new knowledge. Among them, in the writing of the proof process, it also pays attention to the emphasis on the application of geometric language, and received a good Teaching effect. Through the lectures of the two classes, I deeply felt that the teacher could not eat the same teaching plan to eat all over the world, and must make corresponding adjustments according to different classes to adapt to the different needs of different levels of students. In the experimental class, the classmates are more willing to cooperate with the teacher, and the reaction speed will be faster, and they can give some high-level questions to think at the right time. In the ordinary class, there will be individual students thinking about it. They must pull them back in time while grasping the progress of the class, and they must have some control over the class. I think that it takes time to accumulate in teaching. During the internship , I have listened to a lot of teachers' classes, and I have also felt the humorous or serious teaching style, which has benefited me a lot. I was fortunate enough to listen to an open class. The teachers didn't have a good word with the classmates in advance, but the actual new class was explained. Although the students were nervous because of the students, the overall effect was good.

Second, in the class management work, the classmates in the class are very good. Except for the very few children who are relatively skinny, they are better managed. The original class leader has had a year of study and life with the students. I have a better understanding of the personality and learning and morality, which also facilitates my initial understanding of them. At the beginning of the class, because I didn't understand it, I just introduced it briefly, and I officially entered the work of the class guide the next day. In order to improve my understanding of the students, I seized all possible opportunities to communicate with them. In addition to class time, I have been following the class. In the first few days, students didn't talk to me very much. It was difficult for me to communicate with them and remember their names. Later, I found that the time of day and night is a good opportunity to get to know them. So I chat with them every day, to understand each person, and to understand the name or relationship between them. Communicate slowly with them by caring about their learning and living conditions. Through their own initiative and concern for them, the students gradually released, and they are willing to take the initiative to talk to me. There should be more communication between teachers and students. Only then can you understand the students. From the perspective of caring for him, I think about the problem for him. This will gradually adjust the ideas of the students who are not very good, and start from the interests of the class. They will start from their own and gradually disperse, selfish, and not The change of civilization's conduct makes it an activist in the class.

Third, class activities. Since the internship time is about eleven, we have to have class exercises and sports games before eleven, so we have the opportunity to practice with them. They have more extracurricular activities, one at a time in the morning, so in this section. In time, they went to the playground to exercise. They learned new exercises, so I can see that they never go to the process of being unskilled and getting familiar with them. This is also the silhouette of their growth. The sports meeting was very successful, and the students participated actively. Even the students who could not participate in the project helped the students who participated in the project through various channels and actively served for the benefit of the class. Some prepare pins, some prepare water, prepare chocolates, etc., and I help them find ways to get some propaganda, and come up with ways to hang banners. I also recorded a film and watched their neat rendezvous performances. I really felt happy from the bottom of my heart. In the eleventh, I also helped the students to make a small film with the photos from the sports meeting. They liked it very much and I was very happy. Because the season exchange between them is also relatively tired, many students are sick and have a fever, which makes me very worried, but fortunately the entire class has not been suspended because of this, their study has not been seriously affected. Because I had to take the monthly exam in mid-October, I organized a class meeting on motivational and learning methods, mainly through the encouragement and guidance of the students, the discussion of learning methods, and the measures to influence the behavior of other students. As a mobilization meeting for the monthly exam. The students were very enthusiastic to speak at the class meeting. They thought of a lot of ways to punish the class, such as gentle persuasion to enforcement law, sticky mouth law, personal punishment of collective law, mourning law, etc., all very creative, hope They can use this to promote themselves and continue to improve in the future study and life. The class meeting was very successful. The time was about 60 minutes. The students were very well discussed. Everyone has great confidence in this monthly test.

Secondly, in other work, because the teachers in the office are not very familiar with the geometric drawing board, I use the knowledge I have learned in college to help the teachers do the geometric drawing board and make some useful buttons for the teachers. Can be used to give students a sense of use. There is also a job for the teacher to do some grades and math groups, such as sending a photo to the photocopying room, making a banner for the grade group, and so on. This is also an exercise for us, a practical exercise.

Twenty days, there are twenty days of feelings, for Bayi, for Park teacher and other teachers in the office, for the students... I am used to seeing them every day, listening to their naughty teachers, enjoying them behind the scenes. The little tricks of making faces, although very tired, are very happy, I don’t know if they will remember me. In such a season, they will spend so many days with them, and they will add “certifications” to their homework every day. However, I still find that they lacked the "proof" in recent days, and they are still very happy. I hope that when I am gone, they will not forget to write. The internship experience here seems to be a experience, a challenge, and I also like this kind of challenge.
