The one-month educational internship has ended. In just one month, I have learned a lot of knowledge that I can't learn at school. From the moment we entered the Teacher's Branch of Beihua University on September 7, we knew that we were no longer just a student, but also played the role of a people's teacher. As the so-called teacher, we always pay attention to our own dress, trying to leave a good impression for teachers and classmates.
Entering the school, we started our internship tour. Under the leadership of the school, we selected our internship subjects and instructors. According to the teacher's arrangement, we all have our own tasks. Due to the new military training, their instructors did not have classes in the first two weeks, and they followed other teachers for professional internships and work as class guides.
In the first week of the internship , the main internships were listening to classes, learning the teacher's lecture methods, and the ability to master the class, and taking notes carefully. The level of students in the classes we teach is uneven, which requires teachers to have a lot of counseling work. In the process, they have taken on this role and assisted the teachers in counseling and answering questions. It was quickly recognized by teachers and classmates. It also laid the foundation for the subsequent lectures.
Since the 09 freshmen just entered the school, they are not very familiar with this environment, and they have to carry out military training. They follow another teacher to carry out class management, so that the students can quickly enter the state. In the process of military training, follow everyone's training and encourage everyone to insist that it is victory. In the course of acting as an agent, he participated in the theme class of “Prevention of Influenza A H1n1 Influenza” and “Sixty Years of Love for the Motherland” according to the requirements of the school, and the class meeting was smoothly carried out. In peacetime, I assisted the class to reach out to students, communicate with students, and fight against the H1N1 flu. Perform daily temperature measurements and daily work when filling out forms, and often disinfect the classroom to keep students living in a safe environment. Through the work of the class guide, I clearly know that if we want to be a class leader, we need to do a lot of work, rather than simply asking the students how to do it. The class leader should always be with the students. together.
Through a week of lectures, I also had a preliminary understanding of how to teach. Listen more, if you don't talk, you will never know what you will be. In the second week, I applied for a lecture. Before the lecture, I carefully prepared the lesson plan to ensure that the class can have a good effect. When I really stood on the podium, I really understood that the trainers at that time and the teacher skills in peacetime were completely different. When standing on the podium as a teacher, the following is a demonstration of the desire for knowledge, rather than the "acting" of the students. After a class, let yourself gain a lot of time, 40 minutes of class, let yourself deeply understand the hardship as a teacher.
Pre-class preparation is very important. If you are fully prepared, you will also speak very easily and in a well-organized manner. The students will also hear clearly. But if you are not prepared enough, your own thinking will be very confusing in class. Sometimes it will be very confusing. I don't even know what I am saying. The class is a key part of a class. Whether the classmates can understand it depends on the teacher's mouth. Because they are in the computer room, and each class has more than 40 people, the classroom is empty, the most teachers have to voice loudly, so that all students can hear what they say. And the class should be freely retractable, that is, to let the students have the time to practice freely, and after the practice, to be able to recover the students' hearts and continue the following courses. Being a good teacher is really not easy.
The internship is over, and I have a deeper understanding of how to be a good teacher. The teacher is a sacred profession. If you want to be a good teacher, you must always think about the students, put the students in the first place, and serve the students!
