College Student Enterprise Purchasing Department Internship Summary
The students came to the house with a happy and happy three-and-a-half-month internship . This internship made us feel the corporate culture of the group. There are hardships and joys in the work, but more is the harvest. We have benefited a lot from this internship . This is an internship that combines theory with practice , applying theory to practice and accumulating more theoretical knowledge in practice. With the help of company leaders and instructors, we successfully completed the internship . For the three-month internship, I summarized the following points:
1. Change in mindset. The school's life is pampered, no need to worry about certain problems, the school's three-point life, learning can keep up, but not at work, in the work, we must consider how to improve work efficiency, how to deal with The relationship with superior leaders, colleagues, and unsatisfactory things at work, we must treat them with a normal heart, and timely change of mindset will make our work smoother.
2. Plan to do things. With a clear plan, the goal is so clear that it won't be lost in the workplace. In the three months of internship in the Purchasing Department, I write a work log every day, record what I am going to do, and then summarize the completion status. The log looks normal, but it improves the efficiency and work of your work invisibly. Orderly degree.
3, always pay attention to learning. This sentence is the first sentence that the manager told me when I first reported to the purchasing department. I did not say anything to the manager in this sentence, but I have a deep understanding of the work. I first came to the purchasing department. During the internships of the Purchasing Department, I also had a few suggestions for the teaching of the school:
1. The profession is too general. The majors set up in the school are too “giant”, the courses studied are not targeted, and the majors are very general. The real estate industry involves many professions in its operations, such as: engineering budget, bidding, procurement, etc. However, due to the generality of the course, we are very superficial in our professional knowledge. We can't even understand the simplest pictures. Can we still Say we are studying real estate professionally?
2. The enthusiasm of students to learn. In school, I learn some theoretical knowledge every day, but it is confusing for new students. Because in the new mind, I think that real estate is a house, there is no other concept. For such a problem, I think we should organize students to go to some house exhibitions and real estate companies to let them know about the majors they have studied. This will greatly enhance the enthusiasm of the students to learn, rather than learning the theoretical knowledge.
3. Recognition of the 2-6-2 teaching mode. There are also opportunities for internships during the study period. Such opportunities should be cherished for college students in the 21st century. There are no such good opportunities in other schools. During the internship , we can learn a lot of knowledge that is not available in books. This is an innovative teaching model, and our students have taken a step forward in an environment of high employment pressure.
The three-month internship life is coming to an end. In the running-up of theory and practice, we seem to be more mature and stable than we came, and we have more practical experience.
