First of all, at work, the school assigned excellent instructors to all of us. We listened to instructors or other experienced teachers almost every day at the beginning of the internship . In this process, we have learned a lot of valuable things, such as teaching content, teaching design, teaching methods, etc., which have benefited us a lot. Under the guidance of many lectures and instructors, we have all walked to the podium and started the first class of internship life. Although taking the first step is difficult for each of us, but in the teachers. With the help of us, we are constantly improving. In the course of the lectures, we use the knowledge we have learned to combine the students' actual activities to invigorate the classroom atmosphere. Under the class, in order to test the students' mastery of the basic knowledge, the assignments of the knowledge points are often arranged. In order to cultivate students' abilities in all aspects, we also arranged a series of writing assignments for them to improve their learning efficiency. At the end of last month, the study leader arranged a listening class for us to test the effectiveness of our implementation in a month. After listening to the lessons of the four of us, the leaders of the school gave us a detailed evaluation class, and commented on the advantages and disadvantages of each of us, so that we can find our own advantages while seeing our own advantages. With the lack of, the direction of future efforts is more clear. In addition, our instructors have begun to let us gradually take over the work of the class in order to get us all-in-one. Secondly, in life, our school is in a mountain, surrounded by mountains, and looks at the green one. Every day we look up to the blue sky, breathe the fresh air and feel the beauty of nature. Our accommodation is not bad, all living in the office building, water and electricity is very convenient, the environment is also very clean. In addition, the school is also equipped with a cafeteria, which reduces the burden of cooking for us. Although the food is not very delicious, in the laughter of our four people, everything can be overcome. Although we are far away from the city, we have lost a lot of entertainment projects, but in order not to make our life boring, we think a lot of ideas come from entertainment: playing billiards, badminton, basketball, with no work after dinner The lights in the school building run on the playground and take a walk to exercise.

Again, in terms of communication, the four of us have a good relationship with the teachers in the school and often help each other. We treated the leaders and teachers with courtesy and enthusiasm, and in exchange for the teachers of the school to praise us. In the student interaction, we have a moderate degree. In class, we are a teacher-student relationship with them. Under the class, they are friendly friends, so they are respected and loved by the students.
