Psychological school internship summary

Unknowingly, the three-week internship at the Qu Weijie Psychological School in Harbin has ended. Through nearly one month of internship , I have made great progress in understanding psychology, in psychology and technology, and in the combination of theory and social practice.

I think: I have not only gained the basic psychological knowledge, but also the practical application and the enlightenment of the various life that the psychological school has brought us. The internship process set me a solid first step in my upcoming job.

During the internship , Qu Weijie Psychological School fully taught us the pillar technology of the school, and taught us the specific application of each technology. I learned the knowledge that I didn't know in depth. The first intuitive group system training was the opening and warm-up of the course, which made the original unfamiliar teachers and students fully understand. Group interaction also draws the distance between people's heart and heart. The next "Vipassana therapy" not only learns technology, but also applies it to life. In Vipassana, it deals with the complex interpersonal life, let us fully see the charm of "Vipassana". What surprised me even more was that I realized that I used the Vipassana method to look at life. Every day of learning records the bits and pieces of life. "Sand plate therapy" is of interest to everyone, feeling and remembering childhood in happiness. I experienced the sand table for myself and found that the “sand plate” shows another world inside the people. Truly and intuitively reflect each person's unique thinking content. "Focus short-range" is effective, and it is an epoch-making therapy to quickly solve mental confusion. We learned and experienced life from each therapy, which is the biggest gain of this internship .

Internship is the first step towards society. It is a kind of tempering and gradually becoming mature in the internship . In the internship , learn to build confidence, courageously try, and let yourself grow even if you fail in the trial.

One month of internship work can be said to be successful. It gives me all the skills to be exercised in practice. It will be of great help to the future of social work. Here, I would like to thank the Academy for providing us with such opportunities to learn, and we would like to thank Qu Weijie Psychological School for giving us serious and responsible training. Although the experience of the internship has passed, I will not look back at the footprints I left there. I believe that it is not the destination of my journey, but the beginning of my full of challenges and hopes!
