However, the ability to put our small goals into practice and become reality requires time, patience, and strong perseverance. Everyone knows that it is very hard to do sales. I understand very well that I didn’t have a bottom line at the beginning of sales, because I have never been a promoter in the past, never knowing that the promoters want to How much pressure is facing. But I always think that there is pressure to be motivated. Therefore, in the contest with Sofitel and Pei Pei, our Wujiashan store played a role beyond normal level, and stepped on the footsteps of Sofitel and Pei Pei with absolute advantage.
However, after Sophot and Pei Pei escaped, we did not engage in similar activities on the opposite side, and there were always scattered products that were irrelevant. This makes us very proud of our strength, so we began to indulge in the aura of the previous two wins, sales have gradually declined. The emergence of the problem made me feel uneasy, but I did not come up in public, but chose a person to silently think about ways to solve the problem. Maybe it was luck, I chose a good team leader - Rui Ruilin. At this very critical time, his appearance made me put the heart hanging in midair down. He seems to have seen through my mind, put the problem we faced on the agenda at the regular meeting, discussed how to solve this problem, and then proposed a solution to the problem in the face of Gutian. ——Customized team sales and personal sales, according to the completion rate, completed the rewards, and did not complete the punishment. What surprised me was that this method not only solved the problem that has been haunting me in my mind, but also brought great fighting spirit to the soldiers of Wujiashan Store. In the history of the development of human society, the topic of competition is never possible to eliminate, and there will be competition in some places! At a certain time, at a certain location, you defeated your opponent. This only proves that you were excellent at that time. If you change the time and change a location, you will not be the best. What about it? I think no one can give a perfect answer to this question. However, if you know your strengths well, if you are always working hard, do your best to make every detail. If you can achieve your own different goals at different times and at different times, be diligent. Dedicated, meticulously insist on doing everything well, no matter where you go, you are excellent! When I was in Wuhan, I often heard that other clerk was discussing "Don't kill Ruilin", "killing Hanchuan", "killing Gutian", "killing Wujiashan", etc., I don't want to qualitatively To evaluate whether this matter is good or not, my idea is that, in any case, do not measure yourself by other people’s standards, because each person’s own potential is unlimited, just like a wild flea, could have jumped more. As long as he surpasses himself, no opponent is anything.
The third point is to maintain a good attitude.
First of all, emphasize that smile is always the weapon with the most lethality of every salesperson. In the store to do things, the pressure can be personal, directly felt, the supervisor will be difficult for you, competing products promoters will suppress you, even consumers will have a part of the contemptuous tone: "I do not need miscellaneous brands! Then I will grow up. These things will affect the mood of our sales, the mood is not good, the face will naturally not have a good-looking expression. Therefore, when doing sales, only adjust your own mentality, you can smile sincerely, laugh naturally, because no one will be willing to pay attention to a black-faced salesman. Of course, for me personally, I have a bit of a wish to share it with everyone here: I have no heart, and sometimes it is a good thing. When I was a child, I was a person who "had a good injury and forgot the pain." There is no sorrow and pain in my place, but a good mood can be passed down day by day. On the same day, no matter how much pressure on the promoters of the competing products, no matter how many eyes of the consumers, as long as they sleep, the next day they are still happy to go to the store, still happy to sell goods, still happy to treat each One customer, every consumer. The smile is still the same, the sun is shining, because I believe that there will always be a rainbow after the storm!
These three points are to spur oneself, so that I can continue to maintain high morale and passion in my future work and life, and let myself be the best and best self.
