Time flies fast, and in the fatigue and enrichment, I successfully completed the first learning task of the graduating class - educational internship . For teachers, the success of students is their own success, the progress of students is their own progress; for teachers, the ups and downs are the real life. Educational internships can be said to give me a closer look at this profession and a deeper understanding of this profession.

During the internship , like every intern , I experienced many first time: for the first time, I faced nearly 50 strange and enthusiastic faces in each class; for the first time I went to the podium and picked up the chalk from the students. The conversion to the teacher's role; the first correction of the assignment; the first time I heard someone shouting to me: "The teacher is good!" These attempts made my growth a new leap. Educational internship is an essential part of our normal students to put theoretical knowledge into practice. I. Trainee

In accordance with the school's unified arrangements, I started an internship . The teachers here are rich in teaching experience, the language of the class is vivid and refined, and the classroom atmosphere is active, which makes me feel a lot of pressure. But in the face of pressure, I did not choose to escape but to meet the challenge. The first two days were mainly trainees. In the meantime, my job is to listen to the teacher's lesson - write a lesson plan - try to talk - modify - try, and then practice repeatedly, perfect, until the content of a class to be thoroughly familiar. The careful preparation during the trainee, and painstaking research, made me truly understand: the connotation of the sentence "Ten minutes on the stage, ten years of work under the stage."

During the internship , I took every class seriously, and each class was tried many times. After the teacher agreed, I went to the podium. Due to the full preparation, the class was clear and the classroom atmosphere was active, which basically met the teaching objectives and requirements. After class, check and fill in the gaps, carefully analyze, and work hard to solve the knowledge points that students are easy to understand and understand during the learning process. In the teaching process, I also found my own deficiencies, such as the need to work hard in the mining of textbooks. Interest is the ladder of learning to get started. It breeds desire and motivation. As an educator, we must find ways to create a democratic and harmonious teaching atmosphere and establish an equal teacher-student relationship in teaching activities. Second, in just six weeks, I clearly understand that the teacher's duties are not only to teach, but more importantly to educate people. The teacher's words and deeds reminded me of the four methods of "looking, smelling, asking, and cutting" in traditional medicine. Teachers should look for positive elements in negative factors and ignite the fire of hope in failure.

Third, I deeply feel that knowledge and learning are so vast that I have to study hard. If we only understand the knowledge in books, that is not enough.
