The first is to be sincere: you can pretend your face and your heart, but you can never ignore the power of sincerity. On the first day, I went to the service department for an internship . Many friendly smiles welcomed me. From that day on, I developed a habit. Every morning I saw them and smiled and said: "Master is early," that is my sincere greeting. I always feel that there are often some subtle things that are easily overlooked by us, such as a soft greeting, but it expresses the respect for teachers and colleagues to respect their friends, and also makes others feel valued and cared for. In just a few days, I worked with the masters and communicated with them very well. I think it should be my sincerity and the trust of the teacher. They treat me as a friend and are willing to guide me and are willing to assign me tasks.
The second is communication: If you want to learn as much as possible during a short internship , you need to have good communication with the teacher and deepen mutual understanding. Just arrived at the accounting department, the director does not understand your work. Learning ability, I don't know what you will do, I don't know what kind of knowledge you want to know, so it is necessary to establish good communication with the director. At the same time, I think this is also an indispensable key for us to enter the society in the future. Through communication and understanding, the master has a general understanding, while teaching me some accounting practical knowledge, and giving me more guidance and help according to my interests. In this work, I really learned accounting textbooks. The knowledge that is not available has practical experience, which truly reflects the true value of knowledge and applies it to the application.
The third is passion and patience: passion and patience, like fire and ice, seemingly two completely different things, but they can collide with the most beautiful sparks. At the center, the teacher told me that to be an accountant, passion and patience are essential. In the aspect of sorting books, this industry is like doing journalism. You need patience to seek truth from facts, and your patience is It is necessary to constantly learn new knowledge and improve your professional standards. This is also true in some specific work. Later, I conducted a standardized case of accounting books. It was naturally annoying to study over and over again, but I used my enthusiasm and patience to overcome these difficulties. The master also helped me to sort out a lot of experience on accounting records in a written way. . These are only sensible understandings in ordinary books, but they are really mastered here, and they are truly mastered. They also make me realize my own deficiencies and warn myself that no matter what you do, you should not be low-eyed. Be good at research. The fourth is "active attack": when you can choose, hold the initiative in your own hands. The whole internship process was intense and enjoyable, and my work attitude and effectiveness were also unanimously praised by the general manager and colleagues.
