Inspirational story: the difference between good and mediocrity

Arnold and Bruno were employed at the same time with the same salary. But after a while, Arnold was in the blue, but Bruno was still in place.
Bruno is very dissatisfied with the unfair treatment of the boss. Finally one day, he complained to the boss. The boss patiently listened to his complaints, and once he figured out how to explain to him the difference between him and Arnold.
"Bruno," the boss said. "You go to the market and see what is selling this morning."
Bruno came back from the market and reported to the boss that only one farmer in the market had pulled a car and sold it.
“How many?” asked the boss.

"How much is the price?"
Bruno ran to the market for the third time and asked for the price.

"Well," the boss said to him. "Now you sit in a chair and don't talk to see what others are saying."
Arnold quickly came back from the market and reported to the boss that only one farmer is selling potatoes, a total of 40 bags, the price is so far; the quality of the potatoes is good, he brought back a boss to see. The peasant will ship a few boxes of tomatoes in an hour, and according to him, the price is very fair. Yesterday, the tomatoes they shopped were sold very quickly, and the stocks were running out. He thought that such a cheap tomato owner would definitely want to enter some, so he not only brought back a tomato to make a sample, but also brought the farmer, he is now waiting outside to answer.
