High school inspirational story: how can you succeed without risking?

When I was on a holiday in the Serengeti prairie in Africa, I sat on the river for three hours to see how a small group of wildebeests had the courage to drink water. Every summer, millions of wildebeests migrate north from the arid Serengeti to the wetlands of Masai Mara, a group of wildebeests.
In this arduous long journey, the Grummel River is the only source of water. This river intersects with the migratory route and is both a hope for life and a symbol of death for the Wildebeest. Because the wildebeest must rely on drinking river water to sustain life, but the river also nourishes other life, such as shrubs, trees and grass on both sides, and the bushes are also an ideal place for beasts to hide. In the scorching sun, the thirsty wildebeest group finally came to the river, and the lion suddenly rushed out from the river and threw the wildebeest to the ground. The surging wildebeests raised the dust that covered the sky, blocking the sight of the wildebeest closest to the lion, and a killing was inevitable.
In the slow place of the river, there are many crocodiles hidden under the water, and the quiet horses come. One day I saw 28 crocodiles enjoying an unfortunate wildebeest together. On another day, a wildebeest licked a leg and escaped from the mouth of the crocodile. Sometimes the rushing river itself is a danger. The huge impact of the wildebeest group squeezes the leading wildebeest into the rapids. If they are not drowned, they are killed in the mouth of the crocodile. On this day, the wildebeests came to a river suitable for drinking water, and they seemed to know these terrible dangers. The leading wildebeest ran to the river bank, and each of the wildebeest hesitantly walked a few steps, sniffing, screaming, and retiring back in unison, marching back and forth like dancing. The wildebeests behind them smelled the smell of water, squeezing forward and slowly pushing the "head horses" into the water, regardless of their willingness. If the wildebeests have not had water for a long time, you can even feel their despair, but the dance continues.
I watched it for 3 hours that day, and finally a small wildebeest "get out of the crowd" and began to drink the river. Why does it dare to walk into the water because it is young and ignorant, or is it because of thirst? The big wildebeests still stopped in horror until the wildebeest crowded them into the water, and some of the wildebeests drank water. Soon, the raging wildebeest group squeezed a wildebeest into the deep water, and it panicked, which led to a riot in the wildebeest. Then they quickly withdrew from the river and returned to the path of migration. Only the wildebeests who bravely stood at the forefront drank the water. Most of the wildebeests were either afraid or unable to squeeze out and had to endure thirst. Two times a day, the wildebeests came to the river and repeated the ceremony over and over again. One afternoon, I saw a small group of wildebeests standing on the cliff overlooking the river below, and going up 100 meters upstream is the flat land, from which they can easily reach the river. But they would rather stand on the cliff and scream in pain, but they would not move toward the goal. Are you like a wildebeest in your life? What makes you hide in the crowd and endure the desire for the water of success? Is fear of the unknown, fear of hidden danger? Or do you live in a normal life and give up the pursuit? Most people are only willing to look at others to drink the water of success, but they endure the thirst. Don't let fear stop you from moving forward, don't wait for others to push you forward, you must act and act. Only talented people who are risky may succeed.
