Hotel elevator emergency response plan

In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the hotel elevator equipment, reduce the impact of accidents and avoid the occurrence of personal injury accidents, this plan is specially formulated. This plan is divided into three phases.

First, the accident report handler

1. The staff on duty of the engineering department should inform the reporter of the following information when receiving the accident report: the location of the faulty elevator, whether it is trapped, which floor is trapped, and other important information, and make a record.

2. The staff on duty of the engineering department will check whether the receiving situation is correct by telephone to the monitoring center of the Ministry of Security.

3. After confirming that the situation is correct, the staff on duty of the engineering department will report the situation to the foreman and manager quickly, and the foreman will arrange two people to deal with it at the first time. And notify the maintenance unit to rush to the scene immediately.

4. After receiving the elevator failure notification, the personnel with the elevator operation qualification carry the elevator engine room key, the elevator door key, the communication tool and the maintenance tool to the scene for processing. If necessary, you can ask the foreman to send additional staff to assist.

Second, the fault handling program

a The handler first cuts off the main power of the elevator, but must keep the car lighting. Get in touch with the trapped person through the direct line telephone in the elevator room, and inform the trapped person to wait for the rescue. Do not try to leave on their own.

b The handler uses the elevator floor door key to open the elevator door about 30-40 cm and observe the position of the elevator car.

If the car is within 600cm of the leveling position, the trapped person can leave smoothly and can directly open the landing door to assist the passenger to leave.

If the car is not in the above position and the trapped person cannot leave smoothly, you need to manually lift the leveling layer and then release the passengers.

a, first appease the passengers' emotions, inform the rescue operation, and let them wait patiently for rescue.

b. Remove the protective cover at the end of the traction motor of the elevator and place the special wheel driver's wheel on the motor shaft.

c. Remove the cover of the brake electromagnet and fasten the release handle to the brake mechanism.

d. One person grasps the hand wheel and one person slowly presses the release handle to release the brake mechanism. Slowly turn the disc hand wheel while the brake mechanism is loosened to use the car to go up or down. The brake should be reset when stopping the turning of the handwheel. It must be noted that due to the unbalanced weight of the car, it is very careful and slow to manually release the brake device during the cranking to prevent excessive acceleration and loss of control.

e. Rotating the lifting mechanism, when the flat marking line on the steel cable is aligned with the flat layer marking of the tractor, the elevator car has been leveled. The brake mechanism should be restored at this time.

f. Open the elevator landing door with the elevator door key, and release the passengers to return the landing door.

The maintenance unit will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the elevator to restore the power supply and put it into operation.

Third, the elevator failure after the disposal program

1. After the fault is processed, the handler should report the processing and processing status to the foreman and manager in a timely manner.

2. Analyze the cause of the failure. For equipment accidents caused by improper use or inadequate maintenance, the relevant team leader shall submit a written report to the engineering manager.

3. Do a good job in registering faults in equipment files.
