2. 3. After the occurrence of serious environmental pollution, we must first protect the site, organize the personnel of the project department to self-rescue and immediately report the initial cause, scope and estimated consequences of the incident to the project management department. If any person is personally injured in this serious environmental pollution, he should immediately call the local medical and health department for help. At the same time, the environmental protection department is notified to conduct environmental pollution detection. The personnel of the project management department headquarters rushed to the scene to organize the accident according to their respective functions.

4. When the fire occurs, follow the relevant provisions of the fire prevention plan, take effective measures to cut off the fire source at the fastest speed, cut off the fire point, control the fire and extinguish the fire. And do the effective isolation measures on the spot, and the aftermath of the fire. 5.
