Graduation Evening Safety Emergency Plan


The 2011 "Graduation Party" will be held on May 31, 2019 at 7:30-10:00 pm at the school track and field venue. In order to ensure the smooth progress of this event and ensure the personal safety of teachers and students, this plan is specially formulated:

First, the organization:

Second, preparations before the event.

1. Before the event, we must fully understand the importance of safety work and do a good job in the safety education of students. Before the class teachers are required to organize students to participate in the activities, they should educate the students in this class on the safety of the evening activities, and put forward disciplinary requirements and precautions for each detail.

2. Students are required to wear uniforms in uniform, not allowed to bring mobile phones, and are not allowed to bring social idlers to campus.

3. Practically strengthen security and security work. Strengthen campus patrols to prevent bad people from entering the campus.

Third, the organizational process.

1. Strengthen student attendance. Each class teacher should count the number of students in this class.

2. Stick to the post and perform duties. Each class teacher shall not be away from the class, and always pay attention to various safety dynamics in the activity field in order to deal with emergencies in a timely manner.

3. Strengthen the site management of the event. Each class teacher should educate the class to enter the venue in advance and take a seat at the designated position. During the event, students are strictly forbidden to leave the party event privately.

4. During the event, strengthen campus security inspections and security work, and it is strictly forbidden for unrelated personnel to enter the school or cause trouble. Each class teacher is responsible for the whole process of safety supervision, strengthens inspections, and is ready to deal with various accidents and injuries that may occur to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the event.

5. When the event is over, the students of each class must obey the command, clean up the garbage at the venue, and exit in order.

Fourth, measures to deal with emergencies.

1. If there is a student's accidental conflict and injury, each class teacher should immediately take decisive measures for disposal. The first time to reflect the situation to the grade level and school leaders.

2. If the off-campus personnel destroy the order and are dissuaded from leaving the activity site, they may be forcibly removed by the security personnel and refused to cooperate. If the circumstances are serious, they shall report 110 as appropriate.

3. In the event, if there are various unpredictable emergencies, each class teacher should organize the students in time and listen to the leadership and unified command.
