3. Team members: Under the unified command of the command department, the duties of each section chief in the emergency rescue are:

1. Steelmaking foreman: responsible for on-site command work in the steelmaking section;

3. Continuous casting engineer: responsible for the on-site command work of the continuous casting section;

4. Mechanical repairman: assist the general commander in charge of the on-site command of emergency repair work;

5. Electrical repair master: assist the general commander in charge of the on-site command of emergency repair work;

6 Peripheral foreman: assist the general commander in charge of the on-site command of emergency repair work;

7. Engineer: Technical guidance for the emergency repair site;

Second, emergency communication:

When dealing with accidents, all personnel involved in emergency rescue should keep communication open. If the signal is unstable or interrupted, they should immediately contact the commander by using the fixed telephone or mobile phone in the factory, and clearly indicate the location.

Third, the accident handling plan:

1. When a power outage accident occurs, the main control worker of the pump house should not panic. To be calm, the safe water tower in the southern area can provide about 15 minutes of water supply. During this period, the main control worker can completely restart the water pump after power transmission;

2. In the north area, under normal circumstances, the diesel engine can be started automatically after the power failure. The main control of the pump house should press the button that binds the clutch on the operation panel of the control box, and then press and hold the speed-up button until it is on the speed meter. The displayed speed can no longer rise;

3. If the diesel engine does not start automatically, press the reset button first. If it doesn't work again, put the transfer switch in the manual position. At this time, the diesel engine can be started as long as the finger presses the start button.

4. After the diesel pump is successfully started, the main control worker of the pump house should immediately report the situation to the dispatcher on duty and notify the main control room of the converter and the main control room of the continuous casting.

5. After the main control room of the converter receives the alarm call from the pump house, it should immediately stop the smelting of the gun, and immediately notify the dispatcher of the situation, and the dispatcher of the shift will report to the superior.

6. After the continuous casting main control room receives the alarm call from the pump house, it should pay close attention to the amount of cold water, and try to pull the molten steel in the ladle as far as possible.

7. After the diesel engine is started, the main control of the pump house can adjust the manual valve at the inlet to increase or decrease the water pressure to achieve the safe water required by the equipment.

Fourth, preventive measures and assessment

1. The main control worker of the pump house should closely monitor the water level of the safe water tower during normal work. If there is any abnormal situation, it should be reported to the dispatcher on duty immediately, so that it can be handled in time to eliminate hidden dangers;

2. The manual valve of the outlet pipe of the safety water tower should be observed at any time to prevent someone from malfunctioning;

3. Each class member should inspect the indications of the switches and indicators of the operation box panel of the diesel engine. For example, the selector switch should be in the automatic position; the power key switch should be turned on; if the floating charge indicator is on, the alarm light is on, and if it is bright, it should be reset in time.
