6, elevator trapped rescue method

6.1 executor: Department of Maintenance

6.2 Time: 30 minutes

6.3 During the operation of the elevator, due to power supply interruption, elevator failure and other reasons, the vehicle will suddenly stop. When the passengers are trapped in the car, the maintenance manager should comfort the passengers, so that they can wait quietly and do not act arbitrarily to avoid "cutting" and " Falling well" accident. In order to rescue the trapped passengers, the driver should be placed under the guidance of maintenance personnel or professionals. Before the operation, the maintenance manager should do the following work:

If there is a driver's operation, the driver should wait for the passenger to calm down, discourage the passenger from forcibly handcuffing the car door or attempting to enter and exit the car, and get in touch with the maintenance personnel.

The maintenance personnel should know the number of people trapped in the car and the health status, whether the emergency lights in the car are lit, and the position of the car to stop the station, so as to ease the work.

Inform passengers to leave the car door or the opened car door as much as possible, and do not rely on the hall or car door. Do not smoke or play in the car. You must follow the instructions of the operator.

6.4 disk car release operation method

The trapped personnel are notified before the operation, the cranking operation has begun, and the passenger or driver is required to cooperate.

The operation of the car is generally carried out by two people in the machine room. The main power switch must be turned off before operation, one person uses the opening wrench to open the brake, and the other person drives the car. When the car is moved to the nearest floor, stop the car and reset the brakes.

Have the driver or passenger open the hall door in the car or use the key to open the emergency door lock to assist the passenger to leave.

When the car is being driven, it should be carried out slowly, especially when the car is moving upwards under light load conditions to prevent the car from being thrown due to the counterweight. When the high-speed elevator of the gearless traction machine is used for the car, the “stagnation mode” should be adopted to loosen the brake step by step to prevent the elevator from running out of control.

The safety window on the top of the car is used by the elevator maintenance personnel for inspection and repair. The safety window is small and is more than two meters above the ground. Although it can be used as a ladder, it is still inconvenient. In the event of a power outage, the illumination in the car is insufficient, the car top is very dark, and there are various devices. Therefore, passengers are not allowed to take safety windows when evacuating the car to prevent personal injury.

7, a fire

7.1 executor: Department of Maintenance

7.2 Time: 30 minutes

7.3 When the fire occurs, stop the elevator operation immediately and take the following measures:

7.4 Contact the fire department in time and report to the company office.

7.5 In the event of a fire, for elevators with fire-fighting operation function, immediately press the “fire button” to make the elevator enter the fire-fighting operation state for firefighters to use. For elevators without this function, immediately drive the elevator straight to the first floor and cut off the power or park the elevator on the floor where the fire has not yet spread.

7.6 Keep the passengers calm, organize the passengers to leave the car and evacuate from the stairs. Put the elevator in the "stop running" state, close the hall door by hand and cut off the main power.

7.7 In the case of a fire in the hoistway or in the car, the elevator should be immediately stopped to evacuate the passengers, cut off the power supply, and extinguish the fire with carbon dichloride, dry powder and 1211 fire extinguisher.

7.8 When there is a fire in the elevator in the shared hoistway, the other elevators should immediately stop away from the fire spread or be handed over to firefighters for fire fighting.

7.9 When a fire occurs in an adjacent building, the elevator should also be stopped to avoid a trapped accident caused by a fire power outage.

8. In the event of an earthquake

8.1 Executor: Department of Maintenance

8.2 Time: 30 minutes

8.3 Received the imminent earthquake forecast issued by the government department, and the maintenance department informs the customer to refer to the “Destructive Earthquake Emergency Regulations” issued by the State Council.

8.4 When an earthquake has occurred, the magnitude is below level 4, and the intensity is below 6 degrees, the elevator should be checked as follows:

Check the power supply system for any abnormalities. Whether there is abnormality in the elevator shaft, rails and car. The maintenance speed is used to complete the whole process, and the abnormality is immediately stopped, and the elevator is reversed to the farthest station to stop the ladder, and the professional maintenance personnel are notified to check the repair. If there is no abnormality in the whole process as above, it can be put into operation after repeated round-trip test run. When the earthquake magnitude is above grade 4 and the intensity is above 6 degrees, the safety inspection of the elevator should be carried out by professionals. There is no abnormality or the equipment can be repaired before trial operation. After many trial runs, it can be put into use.

9, elevator wet water treatment

The elevator engine room is at the highest level of the building, the pit is at the bottom of the building, and the hoistway is connected to the corridor through the landing. The engine room will enter the water due to the rain on the roof or doors and windows; the bottom pit will be infiltrated by the waterproof layer of the building, and the water will pass through the hoistway due to the heating and water pipes, fire hydrants and leakage of household water. When flowing into the pit, the well and the car will be flooded when a flood occurs. In the event of a wet water accident, in addition to the use of plugging measures from the building facilities, emergency measures should also be taken.

When a small amount of water or water seepage occurs in the pit, the elevator should be parked above the second floor to stop the operation and disconnect the main power supply.

When the floor is flooded and the hoistway or pit is flooded, the car should be parked on the upper second floor of the inflow station, and the elevator should be powered off to prevent the car from entering the water.

When there is a lot of water in the pit shaft or machine room, stop the ladder immediately and disconnect the main power switch to prevent accidents such as short circuit and electric shock.

When wet water occurs, the water source should be cut off quickly and the electrical equipment should be kept out of water or less.

The wet water elevator should be dehumidified, such as wiping, hot air drying, natural ventilation, and replacement of pipelines. Confirm that the wet water is removed, the insulation resistance meets the requirements, and the test ladder has no abnormality before it can be put into operation. For the microcomputer to control the elevator, it is necessary to check carefully to avoid burning the circuit board.

After the elevator resumes operation, fill in the “Wet Water Inspection Report” and record and record the causes, treatment methods and preventive measures of wet water.

10, when the power outage caused the stop

The elevator in operation will suddenly stop the ladder due to power supply line failure or power limitation, etc., and the passengers will be trapped in the car. The following methods should be used.

If there is a driver's operation, the driver should explain the reason to the passengers, keep the passengers calm and contact the maintenance personnel for the car to release.

If there is no driver operation, the maintenance personnel should contact the trapped person in the car to explain the reason and keep the passengers waiting for calm. A backup power supply should be enabled in time.

If it takes a long time to resume power transmission, the car should be released and the trapped passengers should be rescued. See below for the method of operation.

After the power is restored, contact the passengers in the car in time to re-select the ladder.
